Base Game & Features
Swoll is the 6th addition to Shady Lady’s growing portfolio, featuring 5 reels, 4 rows, and 1,024 ways to win. Winning combinations are consistent when 3, 4, or 5 matching symbols land on adjacent reels, starting from reel 1.
The game’s high-paying symbols fall to 4 Characters, awarding fixed payouts between 0.5x and 3x your bet. The 4 remaining symbols, displayed as meat, drinks, tanning oil, and underwear, apply fixed payouts between 0.1x and 0.7x your bet, where applicable.
Additionally, Wild symbols substitute for all paytable symbols as part of a winning combination. Lastly, a series of special Swoll symbols can appear on the reels, revealing Swoll, Nudge, Slide, & Roid Rage features.
Swoll Features
Throughout gameplay, up to 4 Swoll symbols with unique Features can appear on the reels, awarding the following outcomes:
- Swoll: Appears in stacks of 4. Swoll symbols reveal a random Coin Prize and Multiplier. If a Swoll symbol is non-adjacent to another, it will award its Coin Prize, multiplied by the revealed Multiplier. Alternatively, when 2 or more come together, they will merge their Coin Prizes and Multipliers.

Swoll Free Spins
The standard Free Spins mode is triggered by landing 3 Scatters in the base game, awarding 6 Nudge Reps (free spins).
During this mode, all Swoll features remain active, with each partially-revealed Swoll symbol nudging to fill its respective reel. In addition, the Slide Feature may randomly trigger throughout this feature.

Our Honest Verdict
Unlike Orphan Organ and Devil’s Finger, Swoll is a true representation of today’s reality, revealing the impact gym culture and social media influencers have on us. Sucking in for pictures or purposely angling the camera to hide your insecurities has sadly become the ‘norm’ for a lot of people, in a society where everyone strives to be ‘perfect’.
Swoll is a prime example of Shady Lady’s affinity for more grotesque artistry. Something about their slots makes you feel uncomfortable, whether it be the messed-up marvel that was Orphan Organ or this one, where body proportions are ironically anything but aesthetic.
Shady Lady highlights both the inspiring and toxic traits that come with being a ‘gymfluencer’ in their latest release, Swoll. Prepare to experience the mother of all workouts and shed plenty of blood, sweat, tren and tears as you bench press your way toward the 20,000x max win goal.

Brainwashed dragged us to the gates of Heaven’s Temple, to a time when sex, drugs, rock’n roll, cult-like activities were all the rage. Each release successfully goes on to reveal the darkest parts of Shady Lady’s depraved mindset, including the cruel mistreatment of alien creatures for financial gain in Orphan Organ.
During a ‘Swoll’ session, players can enjoy up to 4 variations of Swoll symbols. Individually, they possess a certain amount of excitement, but when they come together in groups of 2 or more, through Slide or Nudge features, the anticipation and excitement build pretty quickly. While these features are great, the Roid Rage element beefs up the overall potential.
Nudge features have always been an effective option for software developers, witnessed time and time again through Nolimit City’s xNudge mechanic. As expected, this feature works well here too, and even better with the addition of the Slide function, which combines multiple Swoll symbols for impressive results.
All in all, the Nudge feature is both simple and successful. Simply nudge in the muscle and oil it so that they slide over. Perhaps it’s not as attractive as our personal favourite, Oops, but it’s a worthy and high-praising instalment from Shady Lady.
