Get ready to howl at the moon with High School friends Jess, Mike and Chris, as we take a thrilling trip to the Carnival in The Wild Class by Play’n GO!
Play’n Go shows us there is no end to their creativity when it comes to their slot themes, delivering some of the more popular slot titles such as Legacy of Dead, Rise of Merlin and Win-a-Beest.
As we dive into the belly of the beast, prepare yourself for some thrilling gameplay and great potential with the Full Moon Feature and Blood Moon Free Spins.
We’ve got free tickets to hang out at the Carnival, but beware! The curse of the full moon is upon us and Werewolves are out in full force.
Have we got what it takes to tame the beast within?
The Wild Class Theme
We can’t help but get a little excited as we look at the overall theme of The Wild Class, I mean who doesn’t love a Carnival? Especially one with Humans that turn on a full moon.
The overall theme gives off a kind of story feel to it, you have a group of High School friends that are harbouring a dark secret and are on their way to the Carnival on a full moon, what could possibly go wrong?
As we look in more depth at the background, Play’n Go has gone above and beyond to deliver us an eye-catching Carnival backdrop.
With bright lights and mesmerizing views, the background has everything you will expect to see at a Carnival, the moving Roller Coaster, Ferris Wheel and Food/Drink stalls all further compliment the theme.
The dark and damp atmosphere definitely sets the theme in motion along with fog that can be seen laying low across the floor.
The reel border and buttons in The Wild Class are all lined with Silver, we know that can’t just be a coincidence, given that Werewolves can be poisoned by Silver.
The sound effects that are heard fit nicely with the overall theme, giving an intense electric vibe throughout.
We really can appreciate the effort Play’n Go has gone to when designing The Wild Class, it’s creative, yet mysterious and unique.
The Wild Class Betting and Symbols
For players looking for a more low risk gameplay, The Wild Class is playable from as little as £0.20 per spin.
If higher stakes are more your scene then The Wild Class also offers a maximum bet of £100 per spin. Although there are plenty of Betting options in between these two for you to enjoy.
As far as symbols go, the highest paying symbol in The Wild Class is the Stacked Wild symbol, this is then followed by High School students Jess, Mike and Chris who are also stacked.
Lower paying symbols are as standard, Ace, King, Queen, Jack and Ten.
Special symbols include the Scatter Wolves symbol.
The Wild Class Base Game and Features
The Wild Class is a 5 reel slot with 20 fixed paylines.
To form a wn, you will need to connect 3 or more of the same symbol from left to right, starting from the left-most reel. Student Symbols and Wilds are always stacked, but they don’t need to be fully visible to contribute towards a winning combination.
To further increase the potential of Base Game wins, Play’n GO has introduced a multiplier feature which increases via full reels of the same symbol
Full Moon Feature
During gameplay, when a full stack of the same symbol occupies an entire reel, the win multiplier seen inside the Moon will increase by one.
This feature greatly improves win potential in the Base Game, but unfortunately, the multiplier does not persist onto the next spin.
This changes though when we get to Free Spins.
The Wild Class Blood Moon Free Spins
Step right up and keep your eyes on the prize, as we take a look at The Wild Class Blood Moon Free Spins.
The minimum amount of Scatters needed to trigger Free Spins is 3, however, if opportunity strikes you can land up to 5 Scatter symbols.
Depending on how many Scatters land, 1, 2 or 3 Human symbols transform into Werewolves.
- 3 Scatters – Fury – 1 Human symbol transforms
- 4 Scatters – Carnage – 2 Human symbols transform
- 5 Scatters – Rampage – 3 Human symbols transform
All stacked Werewolf symbols act and pay as Wilds!
Regardless of how many Scatter symbols are obtained, you will always be awarded with 7 Blood Moon Spins, with each Scatter symbol awarding an additional spin during Free Spins, up to a maximum of 30.
Similar to the Full Moon Feature you will start off with a Multiplier, the slight difference being that during Blood Moon Free Spins the Multiplier carries over and does not reset with each spin.
Saving the best part till last, The Wild Class gives you the opportunity to get your claws on a max win of up to 6666x your bet!
Once all Free Spins are concluded, normal gameplay can resume.
The Wild Class Our Verdict
We can safely say there is nothing Cursed about The Wild Class by Play’n Go. The concept and design of the slot is distinct and refreshing, however, some may find themselves howling for more in terms of gameplay.
The Wild Class is every teenage girl’s dream, if only they were old enough to play, some may think Play’n Go has created a monster whereas others might be drawn to the supernatural darkness The Wild Class clearly inhabits.
Play’n GO are quite adept at making slots that vary wildly from their previous ones. Their weird and wacky outlook on games truly manifests into something a little bit different every time, which is something you can’t help but appreciate regardless of how you feel about their slots.
When we look at statistics, things look very promising with a 6,666x maximum win capability and an above-average 96.20%.
Overall, The Wild Class is another carefully constructed slot from Play’n GO, but your opinion on it may depend on your taste for high school teenage drama flicks.
