Australian Developer Big Time Gaming are back with popular demand with Wild Flower Slot, a game that sits within a family of games that have gone down as legend!
Both of these games saw unprecedented success, and for good reason. The win capability of both of these games was absolutely huge.
With hard hitting gameplay features, Lil Devil and Danger: High Voltage took their rightful places in the hall of fame, and to hopefully join them comes Big Time Gaming’s newest entry, Wild Flower.
Wild Flower Slot promises some fondly recognisable gameplay, but with a brand new theme that has you embracing your naturistic character as you head out into the tundra for a psychedelic adventure with the wolves.
In hindsight, It was an inevitability that we’d see another game that follows in the footsteps of the aforementioned greats.
The popularity of them is so high that not making another just wouldn’t make any sense.
In 2020 and in 2021 Big Time Gaming were busy with other projects like their inventive Megacluster Mechanic, and of course another instalment in the Donuts franchise with Pop.
Sadly, Megaclusters didn’t just get the traction that their Megaways Slots did, despite the mind boggling complexity and genius behind the math model.
You could even say that Relax Gaming took Mega Clusters and made it better with Kluster Krystals Megaclusters.
Nobody has quite taken the crown off of BTG for their Lil Devil style games though, despite Electric Avenue having a bash themselves.
Let’s head in to the forest, embody nature, and see what magical adventures await in what could well be Big Time Gaming’s most anticipated game this year.
There’s a lot to notice when you first load up Wild Flower Slot.
In the background you’ll see a night sky and a full moon that dwarfs the snowy forest below, as well as the bright lights of an aurora that gives the game tranquil and beautiful scenic visuals.
The sounds of the game are pretty much what you’d expect from a BTG game. They seem to recycle a lot of the game sounds from older games, so Wild Flower is complete with the reel spinning sound and big win music that everyone is all too familiar with.
A nice little edition that they’ve added is the song that plays when you get a ‘tease’ or 2 scatters on the reels.
The song that plays in this particular game is Wild Flower by the famous rock band, The Cult. They also used The Cult’s Lil’ Devil song in the previous game, so seemingly Big Time Gaming are Big Time Fans of The Cult!
The overall theme for Wild Flower is nothing short of impressive. The visuals really draw you in, leaving a good first impression, and a great lasting one.
The betting options in Wild Flower are very extensive.
The lowest option here is £/€0.10 per spin, and the highest option is £/€20 per spin.
This is a little lower than what Danger: High Voltage offered, which capped out at £/€40 per spin, but these are generally stakes that a very small minority play with anyway, so we’ll hazard a guess at saying that it won’t be missed too sorely.
There are plenty of different options in between the two extremes, and with good incremental increases between them. It seems like Big Time Gaming have gotten the formula just right when thinking about catering to all.
The highest paying symbol in the game is the Purple Wolf, followed by the Red Girl, Blue Paw, and Green Star.
Lower paying symbols are represented by A, K, Q, J, 10 & 9.
Wild Flower Slot is a 6 Reel game with 4096 ways to win.
In order to form a winning combination, you’ll need at least 2 of the top symbol or 3 of all others to connect from left to right, starting from the left most reel.
Pay outs for symbols on their own aren’t overly impressive, but Wild Flower has a trick or two up its sleeve that it borrowed from older games to significantly improve the potential
Wild Ice and Wild Flower Symbols appear on reels 2 to 5 as fully stacked symbols.
Any Winning combinations that include a Wild Flower will multiply the win by x8.
Fans of the older games will know all too well that a good assortment of these on the reels can significantly boost the win amount.
It’s certainly an exciting moment to see more than one of these landing on the reels.
The Free Spins in Wild Flower Slot will be awarded when 3 or more Scatter Symbols land.
In classic Big Time Gaming style, you’ll get 2 bonus features to choose from here.
The key thing to note here is that The Most Beautiful Thing Free Spins can only pick Low paying symbols as a Sticky Wild. This is a big deal.
The frustration you felt in Lil Devil or Danger: High Voltage when a high paying symbol was chosen was crippling, and it more often than not resulted in meagre bonuses.
For those who aren’t familiar with the older games, the simple logic here is that you want a Low paying symbol to be picked as a Sticky Wild because they land more often.
Only having Low Paying Symbols changes the game significantly.
Wild Flower Slot also has Megascatter Enhanced Free Spins.
Before you land the bonus, you will encounter normal Yellow Moon Scatters. 3 of these will net you the normal bonus rounds.
For an enhanced version you need just 1 Red Moon Scatter and 2 Yellow Moon Scatters to trigger the enhanced Free Spins.
The Red Moon Megascatter may only land on Reel 6
The enhanced version of these Bonuses absolutely blows the Lil Devil Heartstopper bonus out of the water.
To land an enhanced version of the bonus is a tremendously exciting prospect. We can imagine it’d be a big decision on which bonus to go for if you land a Megascatter when triggering the bonus.
Wild Flower Slot is due to be released on 28.04.2021, and it’ll be available to play at most New Casinos!
Unibet and Party Casino are as reputable as they come, with a wide variety of games available with some of the best of what Big Time Gaming have to offer.
Wild Flower Slot is nothing short of phenomenal.
The gameplay features are reminiscent of older days with some fond favourites, but the potential has been significantly amplified.
Wild Flower’s high volatility is fully justifiable given its max win capabilities of 114,000x, which leaves Danger High Voltage in its dust.
On the face of things, Wild Flower looks to be a copy of these games. While it shares inherent similarities, Big Time Gaming have done an excellent job of making Wild Flower Slot a formidable game in it’s own right.
Perhaps the most exciting part of the game is the Enhance Free Spins, which gives Wild Flower such enormous potential.
When looking at other statistics things also look good. Wild Flower Slot has an RTP of 96.52% – 96.59%, which puts it well within the range considered decent by a community of players.
Lil Devil and Danger High Voltage will always hold a special place in all of our hearts, but Wild Flower is just too good to ignore.
With a heavy heart, even the most die hard fans of the originals may leave them behind in favour of the new and massively improved Wild Flower.
