Candy Paradise Base Game and Features

Candy Paradise is a 5-reel Video Slot with 30 fixed pay lines. Winning combinations are formed when 3 or more of the same symbols land from left to right, starting from the leftmost reel.

The minimum bet available here is £.€0.20 per spin and the maximum bet available is £.€50 per spin, with plenty of other options in between the two. This game has a theoretical RTP of 96.02% and a max win cap of 5,000x.

In terms of symbols, the highest-paying regular symbol here is the 7s, followed by Cherries, Oranges, and Grapes. Low-paying symbols fall to Spades, Hearts, Diamonds, and Clubs. Wilds appear only in the base game and Wild Respins round, substituting for all other symbols except Scatters and Bonus symbols.

Wild Symbol Collection

During gameplay, each Wild symbol that lands is collected and stored in the Wild Collection Meter to the left of the reel set. When the meter is full, 1 Wild Swirl symbol is added to the Wild Counter which resets the meter back to 0.

The Wild Counter cannot exceed 9 Wild Swirls in the base game. However, during Free Spins, more Wild Swirls can be awarded from the Bonus Wheel feature.

Wild Respin Feature

Each time 1 or more Wild symbols are collected, there is a random chance that the Wild Respin Feature will trigger. The Wild Respin feature is only available in the base game, and only Wilds collected on the current spin contribute towards triggering the Wild Respin feature.

Once active, the total amount of Wild Swirl symbols collected in the Wild Counter is distributed randomly across the reels. Wild Swirl symbols can also be placed on top of each other, transforming into Multiplier Wilds and increasing their value by +x1.

Wins that are formed with a Multiplier Wild will have their wins multiplied by the amount shown. If more than one Multiplier Wild is part of the same win, their multipliers will each be applied to the win.

Wild symbols that are collected during the Wild Respin feature will be collected and stored in the Wild Collection meter. Wilds cannot land in the same position as Wild Swirls.

Bonus Wheel

Triggering the Bonus Wheel requires 2 Bonus symbols to land anywhere on reels 1 and 5 only. The Bonus Wheel consists of divided segments, each associated with a different Prize.

Candy Paradise Free Spins

Landing 3 Scatters on reels 1, 3, and 5 in the base game triggers the Free Spins round, awarding 7 Free Spins. However, 7, 10, or 15 Free Spins can be awarded via the Bonus Wheel.

During Free Spins, the Free Wild Swirls feature is activated. Three sweets will appear for selection at the end of the round, where you will choose only 1 of them. The chosen sweet will reveal a random Prize of +2, +3, +4, or +5 Wild Swirls that are added to the Wild Counter.

When Bonus symbols land in the same position as Wild Swirls, both symbols are active. At the end of Free Spins, the Wild Swirls amount in the Wild Counter will be reset back to 0.

Candy Paradise: Our Verdict

Candy Paradise is positively oozing with glorious gameplay that will have your tastebuds in a tizzy. Wild symbol collection, Wild Respin, and Bonus Wheel features are all part of this tasty package, complimented by an equally pleasing Free Spins round.

All these features and modifiers center around one thing…Wild Swirls. Filling the Wild Collection meter to the max will add 1 Wild Swirl to the total. When the Wild Respin feature is randomly awarded, all collected Wild Swirls will be added to the reels. If any should land on top of another, a Multiplier value of up to x5 will be awarded.

During Free Spins, your total amount of Wild Swirls will be added to the reels on each spin, with your chance of adding even more during this time by triggering the Bonus Wheel.

There is no Bonus Buy option available, and probably for good reason. Not only can you trigger Free Spins naturally in the base game, but you can also have it handed to you on a silver platter via the Bonus Wheel, where 7, 10, or 15 Free Spins can be won.

All in all, Candy Paradise doesn’t top the likes of Tasty Treats or Sugar Rush in our opinion, but it’s definitely one of the better offerings!
