In Aztec Tower, players climb higher with every spin as cascading wins build multipliers and push the action further up the tower. Random Enhancers can appear during cascades, clearing Blockers, adding Wilds, boosting multipliers, or dropping extra Scatters. Temple Ascension can also trigger on any spin, raising the multiplier by several levels at once.

Base Game & Features
Aztec Tower is a 5-reel, 5-row video slot with a Scatter Pays mechanic. Paytable symbols deliver winning combinations when 5-10 identical instances land anywhere on the grid, regardless of their position.
The Jaguar, Snake, Eagle, Dagger, Necklace, & Chalice make up the game’s highest-paying symbols, with the Jaguar symbol having the highest pay value, followed by the Flame, Leaf, Sun, & Water as the lowest-paying. After a spin is complete, each winning combination awards a fixed payout between 0.1x and 15x your bet.
Wild symbols substitute for all symbols except Scatters, while 3 Scatters in view begin the Free Spins mode. Once a win has been confirmed, all symbols involved will be removed from the grid via an Avalanche Feature. All remaining symbols will drop down, while new symbols will fill all empty spaces from above.
Blocker Symbols
During any spin in the base game, up to 10 random positions will be filled with Blocker symbols, acting as non-paying symbols. Blocker symbols can only be removed through the Remove Blocker Modifier.
Enhancers
After each Avalanche event, 1 of 4 Enhancers is randomly triggered, awarding the following outcome:
- Wild Add: Places a single Wild symbol onto a random grid position
- Remove Blocker: Destroys 1 Blocker symbol from the grid
- Multi Boost: Increases the Global Multiplier by +x1
- Scatter Add: Places a single Scatter symbol to a random grid position
Multiplier Wheel
To the left of the main grid is the Multiplier Wheel, which represents the Global Multiplier for each spin. Each time a winning combination occurs, the Global Multiplier increases by +1 Level, up to a maximum of x250. The Global Multiplier is applied to all wins during that spin before it resets in the next spin.
Temple Ascension
Throughout the base game, the Global Multiplier may be randomly boosted before the grid settles. If a winning combination occurs, the Global Multiplier continues to climb from its new starting point. Please note that this feature is not available during Free Spins.
Aztec Tower: Free Spins
Landing 3 Scatters anywhere in the base game triggers the Free Spins mode, awarding 8 Free Spins & a Global Multiplier of x1.
During this mode, the Global Multiplier does not reset between spins. In addition, the maximum number of grid positions with Blocker symbols declines to 5 per spin. Enhancers continue to trigger according to the base game each time a winning combination occurs. Landing a Scatter symbol awards an additional +1 Free Spin.
Gamble
Before the Free Spins mode begins, players have the opportunity to gamble the current Global Multiplier for a higher starting point. If you decide not to gamble, the Free Spins mode will begin with the original setup.
In the Gamble Feature, there are 3 available options, each offering different odds of winning depending on how large the Global Multiplier increases. The winning segment of the Gamble Wheel is green, and the losing segment is marked in red. Each gamble allows players to win up to x50 on the Global Multiplier, with a success rate between 16.02% and 85.76% for each gamble.

Our Honest Verdict
Aztec Tower’s base game is easy to settle into, thanks to the Avalanche mechanic and a structure that keeps spins moving at a steady pace. With wins forming anywhere on the grid when five or more matching symbols land, the gameplay feels open and consistent during longer sessions. The RTP configuration also appears reasonably balanced, helping the base game remain engaging.
The Enhancer system adds another layer of activity after each cascade. Features such as Wild Add, Remove Blocker, Multi Boost, and Scatter Add introduce small but meaningful shifts to the grid that can extend sequences of wins or set up further opportunities. These modifiers help the base game maintain momentum, giving Aztec Tower a sense of progression even outside of the bonus round.
