Before or after any game round, you can access the Ante Bet feature for an additional 50% of your current bet. Once active, your chance of triggering the Free Spins round is naturally higher. (RTP 96.50%)

Bonus Buy

Enter the Free Spins round for an additional 100x your bet, where applicable. Upon entry, you will be awarded 3, 4, or 5 Scatters randomly. (RTP 96.50%)

Free Spins

Landing 3, 4, or 5 Scatters in the base game triggers the Free Spins round, awarding 10, 15, and 20 Free Spins respectively.

During Free Spins, Fish (money) symbols and their respective values between 2x and 2,000x are activated. Each Fisherman Wild that lands will collect all present Fish symbols in view. After this, the Fisherman Wild is added to the Free Spins Trail above the reel set.

Every 4th Fisherman Wild awards an additional +10 Free Spins and a Multiplier of x2, x3, and 10 for the first, second, and third retriggers. Randomly, when there is 1 Fisherman Wild in view, Fish symbols can appear in random positions.

Conclusion

The Big Bass series has been a permanent favourite for as long as we can remember, paired with the increasingly popular fishing theme that has players hooked. When the first Big Bass slot came along, players were enticed by the concept, but here we are, years later, and Reel Kingdom are still mass-producing them.

Reel Kingdom has always found a way to steer the Big Bass series towards new and exciting features/mechanics, keeping the series going strong and players gripped, but what did we think of the latest instalment?

In a shocking turn of events, Big Bass Bonanza: Reel Action did little to satisfy us. Gameplay is identical to previous titles, if not worse, and there are absolutely no improvements whatsoever in terms of features or mechanics. There are some small changes, but these are limited to statistics alone, and not in a positive sense.

All in all, Big Bass Bonanza: Reel Action is the least satisfying of the series with no ‘reel action’ happening, but we’re hoping Reel Kingdom can pull it back in their next Big Bass adventure.
