Sitting through Disco Inferno is a lot like being at the club its artwork promises: plenty going on, most of it flickering past, and the good stuff arriving in bursts. The reason to pick it is the coin game. Coins stack up silent and worthless until a collector shows, and that held-breath loop, played out over a pink-lit temple, is what a session here actually is.
When it works, it works well. The Nudge Collector walking down its reel one free respin at a time is the best thing in the game, because each step is another chance for coins to land and the pot visibly grows. The persistent multiplier gives the whole thing a target to aim at, and two-scatter hits that used to mean nothing suddenly matter.
However, the reels themselves pay so little that when the coins or the multiplier stay away, there’s nothing to fall back on, and the 12,500x ceiling is a lottery ticket rather than a plan.
