Little Gem Hold & Spin is a 3 reel slot with 5 fixed paylines. In order to form a winning combination, you will need to connect 3 of the same symbol types from left to right, starting from the left-most reel. The minimum bet available here is £/€0.05 per spin and the maximum bet available is £/€250 per spin, with a selection of bets in between the two.

In terms of symbols, the highest paying regular symbol in Little Gem Hold & Spin is the Diamond, followed by Bar, the Green Gem and the Pink Gem. Landing 3 Gold or Silver Money symbols on the middle reel, triggers the Hold & Respin round, awarding 4 Respins. All Gold and Silver Money symbols come ewuipped with a Value between 1x and 20x your current bet.

During the Hold & Respin round, the current Gold/Silver Money symbols on the middle reel will remain fixed in their position for the duration of Respins, whilst all other symbols are removed. All current values of the Money symbols on the middle reel are added to the total win for the round.

Any Money symbols that land on the 1st or 3rd reel will reset the Respins meter, and the value of all additional Money symbols will be added to the total win for this round. It would be a pretty pointless Respins round if the extra Money symbolswere to stick, so you can relax knowing that they are removed with the next Respin.

Landing a Diamond Money symbol at any point during the Respins round, automatically awards a random Value between 100x and 500x your current bet.

Little Gem Hold & Spin: Our Verdict

Little Gem Hold & Spin is probably our least favourite in Reel Kingdom’s collection to date, with little excitement or potential to be had in both the base game and Respins round. Although the design is pretty and colourful, gameplay has not been as dazzling.

It’s sad really considering Reel Kingdom are the brains behind the popular Big Bass Bonanza series, but Little Gem Hold & Spin couldn’t be further away from these in all respects. Every slot that a provider releases can’t all be to a high standard, but it seems that Liltte Gem Hold & Spin is on the same wavelength as Star Pirates Code.

The fact that Little Gem Hold & Spin is a 3 reel slot doesn’t help, so be prepared to endure a fair few dead spins whilst you wait for the Respins round to trigger.
