Magnificent Power Bastet Slot Review
Bastet stands at the reels in a gold breastplate at dusk, dunes behind her and three cat-eye amulets glowing at her side. Magnificent Power Bastet hides its best paytable behind a gate: until you’ve counted sixty coins into her meter, a sixth of the game simply isn’t there. It’s a bold way to build a slot, and it works only because the round on the other side of the gate is worth the wait.
Bastet is Oros Gaming running the Magnificent Power formula again, the same gated build Magnificent Power Hera’s Crown used in 2026. It runs at 96% RTP with high volatility, across a 5×4 grid with 30 paylines and a sixth reel column held back until you’ve earned it. Collect enough coins and the goddess pays up.
Base Game & Features
Wins pay left to right across 30 fixed paylines on the 5×4 grid. A separate sixth reel column sits alongside the main game and only takes coins and multipliers until it’s unlocked, which is where the paytable’s six-of-a-kind pays come from.
Once you’ve collected 60 coins, that column opens from the start of the next spin. From then on it carries only Wilds, Free Spins and high paying symbols.
The pay values, as multiples of stake per line:
- Pyramid: 2.5x for three, 6x for four, 10x for five, 12.5x for six
- Red Sun Emblem: 1.5x, 3x, 10x, then 12.5x at six
- Green Pendant: 0.5x for three, 1x for four, 3x for five, 6x for six
- Gold Eye Gem: 0.2x, 0.5x, 1.5x, rising to 3x at six
- Red Gem: 0.2x, 0.4x, 1.2x, with six of a kind paying 2.5x
- Blue Gem: pays 0.1x, 0.3x, 1x and 2x from three to six
- Green Gem: the bottom rung at 0.1x, 0.2x, 0.6x and 1.2x
- Blue Crown: 10x for six only
- Blue Teardrop Pendant: 1x for three, 2x for four
Notice the shape of that list. The Blue Crown pays nothing at all until it lines up six times, and the Blue Teardrop Pendant stops paying after four. The gems do most of the day-to-day work at the bottom end, and the two premium symbols carry the pays worth chasing.
Coin Collect
Coins can land on any symbol except a stacked wild. When a Wild lands, it collects every coin on screen and adds them to the meter beside Bastet. Fill that meter and the goddess opens the door.
At 60 coins, three things release at once: the free spins feature, the free spins multiplier and the sixth reel. All of it happens at the start of the spin after the one that completed the count, along with the wild upgrade itself.
Stacked Random Multiplier Wild
Wilds substitute for all symbols except Coin, Multiplier and Free Spins symbols, and they only ever appear on one reel per spin, always as a full stack. Each stack carries a random multiplier, and any win it takes part in is multiplied by that figure.
- The wild stack multiplier can be 2x, 3x or 5x
- Only one reel carries a wild stack on any given spin
- The multiplier applies to every win the stack completes
Replace Feature
A losing spin that includes a Wild can award the Replace Feature. Every symbol is cleared from the reels except the Wild, and only high paying symbols drop back in. The spin then pays out; a win is guaranteed. This one is base game only, so it never shows up inside the free spins round.
Magnificent Power Bastet Free Spins & Multipliers
Free Spins Multiplier Meter
Multiplier symbols, shown as beetles, feed a meter that runs alongside the coin count. Each beetle adds 0.5x to the Free Spins Multiplier, which builds through the base game up to a maximum of 10x. After a free spins round finishes, the multiplier doesn’t reset to zero: it drops back to no lower than 4x, so the next climb starts warm.
Free Spins
Scatter 3, 4, 5 or 6 Free Spins symbols anywhere to trigger the round:
- 3 symbols award 7 free spins
- 4 symbols award 10 free spins
- 5 symbols award 15 free spins
- 6 symbols award 20 free spins
The trigger count may randomly increase, up to that 20-spin cap. The multiplier you carry in may also rise by up to 5x on top of what you earned, entering the round at up to 15x.
Inside the feature the Random Wild Multiplier always appears as a full stack, and the two multipliers stack rather than compete. The Free Spins Multiplier is added to the Random Wild Multiplier on wins that use a wild stack, while wins without one are multiplied by the Free Spins Multiplier alone.
A 5x wild stack landing on a 15x meter therefore pays its line wins at 20x. That single piece of arithmetic is what the whole meter build is for.
Retriggers land the same way. Three, four or five Free Spins symbols award 7, 10 or 15 extra spins, still capped at 20 for the round. Bets and lines match the triggering spin throughout.
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 7.1/10
Playing Bastet is mostly watching a goddess count. You spin, the coins tick up, the beetle meter climbs in half-points, and the sixth reel stays shut until she’s satisfied. The reason to sit through that is the round she eventually opens.
The multiplier stacking is the best thing here. Because the meter keeps a floor of 4x between rounds instead of wiping, your work is never fully spent, and one wild stack in a loaded feature can pay for an entire session’s coin counting.
The weakness is the early game. The gems pay pennies, and the premium symbols need a reel you haven’t unlocked yet. That’s a long stretch of small wins on faith. It suits the patient sort who enjoy a build; if you want a feature inside your first ten spins, the dunes will feel very quiet before Bastet shows her favour.
