Triple Power Cash Strike Slot Review
The lava glowing beneath this fruit-machine grid is doing more of the work than the grid itself: Triple Power Cash Strike is a game built almost entirely for its bonus round, and the three coloured gems burning above the reels are the reason. Blueprint Gaming‘s latest Cash Strike entry dresses a modest 5×3, 10-winline frame in volcanic rock and neon, and asks you to sit through it for the collect round underneath.
It runs at 94% RTP in standard play, and the three colours are the whole idea: each one powers a different enhancement to the hold-and-collect bonus. After Cash Strike Fire Lock and Cash Strike Power Force 5 Megaways, the formula is familiar, but stacking three enhancement colours in one round is a genuine twist on it. Whether the magma underneath is hot enough is the question.
Base Game & Features
The base game is classic fruit-machine material: 7s, stars, bells and a full fruit bowl across a 5×3 grid, with 10 fixed winlines paying left to right. Wins land through the usual symbol combinations, and the glossy neon-on-black presentation does its job without getting in the way of the spins.
The paytable is straightforward, and it’s a modest one at the top end. All values are multiples of the line stake:
- 7 – 4x for three, 20x for four, 30x for five
- Star / Bell – 2x for three, 12x for four, 20x for five
- Grapes – 2x for three, 4x for four, 10x for five
- Watermelon / Orange / Plum – 0.4x for three, 2x for four, 6x for five
- Lemon / Cherry – 0.4x for three, 1x for four, 2x for five
There’s a clear gap between the premium symbols and the fruit, so the middle tiers carry most of the base game’s weight. Only the highest combination on each winline counts.
The wild substitutes for all symbols except the coloured Triple Power scatters and the Cash Prize scatters, and it can appear anywhere on the reels. That’s its whole job, and it does it without ceremony.
Alongside the regular symbols, Cash Prize scatters carry their own cash values and can land mid-spin on any reel. They don’t pay on their own in the base game; their purpose is to feed the bonus, either by triggering it outright or by locking in place once it begins.
Triple Power Cash Strike Triple Power Bonus
The Triple Power Bonus is where the three colours earn their place above the reels. Coloured scatters, green, red and blue, landing in view on any spin feed their corresponding Triple Power pot, and each one can randomly trigger the bonus. It can also fire from six or more Cash Prize scatters landing together, and any Cash Prize scatters that triggered it stay locked in place for the whole round.
How the Bonus Round Works
Inside the bonus, only Cash Prize scatters, coloured scatters and blanks can land. You start with three spins, and every Cash Prize scatter that lands locks in place and resets the spin counter to three. Coloured scatters do the same, on top of firing their enhancement. The round runs until the spins run out or every position locks.
That reset loop is the engine of the round. A board that fills steadily can run for a long time, because each new symbol buys three more spins, and a single locked Cash Prize on a fresh spin extends everything. When the final position locks, a Super Spin triggers and awards one of the four highest cash prizes on the board. Those prizes step up through the diamond ladder:
- Purple Diamond – 10x
- Blue Diamond – 25x
- Green Diamond – 100x
- Red Diamond – 1000x
The Red Diamond’s 1000x is the ceiling on the Super Spin, and it’s the top figure the game offers. Any enhancements that weren’t active on entry can still trigger randomly during the round, which keeps late spins meaningful even after a quiet start.
The Three Enhancements
Each colour does something different to the round, and the combinations are where the bigger results live.
- Green (Expand) – each active Green scatter unlocks up to three additional reel sets, spreading the round across multiple screens
- Red (Collect) – each active Red scatter collects all cash values in view, sweeping the board into your total
- Blue (Multi) – each active Blue scatter multiplies up to five cash prize symbols by x2 to x5
The bonus can trigger with one, two or all three enhancements active. A red-heavy round collects early and often; a green one grows the board into those additional reel sets, each with its own locked symbols to fill; a blue one inflates whatever’s already there, up to five symbols at a time. All three together is the outcome the whole game leans towards.
Bonus Buy
There’s a Bonus Buy button in the top-right of the interface, and it offers three tiers. Each buys direct entry to the Triple Power Bonus, played at your base stake:
- Standard – 50x base stake, triggers with six or more cash symbols, a coloured scatter enhancement, or a combination
- Super – 100x base stake, guarantees at least one coloured scatter enhancement or a combination with six or more cash symbols
- Ultra – 250x base stake, guarantees all three coloured scatter enhancements, or a combination with six or more cash symbols
The jump from 50x to 250x buys certainty on the enhancement count, nothing more. The round itself plays out under the same rules at every tier, so the question each tier answers is simply how many colours you want working for you from the first spin.
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 7/10
Playing this is mostly waiting, and the thing you’re waiting for is worth it: a round that expands across three reel sets, fills them with locked cash symbols and then sends a collector through all of them is as good as this format gets. The colours are the strength too, because two rounds here rarely feel alike. Which enhancements fire changes what the board is worth, and the Ultra tier’s guarantee of all three is the rare buy price that buys something you can feel.
The weakness is everything between bonuses. A paytable that tops out at 30x for five 7s and a 94% RTP mean the base game is there to hold the seat warm, and the lava backdrop can’t disguise that.
This one suits hold-and-collect players who want a bonus with genuine variety in how it plays out. If the spins between features matter to you, the magma here isn’t deep enough to swim in.
