Felix Gaming was founded in Sofia, Bulgaria, by three people who met through mutual connections in the gambling industry: CEO Bilyan Balinoff, R&D specialist Anton Mutov, and Dimitar Dimitrov. All three came from land-based casino backgrounds, and that experience shaped the studio’s approach from the start.
