3 Tiki Kingdom Slot Review
Three carved tiki heads watch over a ruined jungle city, gold coins heaped on their shoulders and vines creeping through their crowns. 3 Tiki Kingdom asks a lot of those tikis: this is a game where nearly everything above the reels exists to hand you over to a single hold-and-collect round, and whether that’s enough depends entirely on how much you like that round. It’s a 5×3, 30-payline slot from Amigo Gaming with very high volatility and a 7,000x top prize, and no RTP figure is published for it.
Amigo’s catalogue runs in the same vein: 1000 Amigo Monkeys, 3 Fat Kings and Fortune Balloons all lean on a single feature carrying a familiar set of extras. Whether the tikis earn their kingdom is what follows.
Base Game: Tokens and Idols
The reels sit in carved stone, five by three with 30 fixed paylines. Wins pay left to right on adjacent reels, only the highest combination counts per line, and wins on different lines add together. Symbols are gems and tropical fruit at the low end, with the 777 at the top.
The paytable runs to six tiers, and every value below is a multiple of the total bet rather than the line bet:
- 777: 3x for three of a kind, 15x for four, 50x for five
- Red Gem (hexagon): 2x, 5x, 30x
- Purple Gem (pentagon): 1x, 3x, 10x
- Blue Gem (square) and Green Gem: 0.5x, 1.5x, 4x
- Dragon Fruit and Red Spiky Fruit: 0.3333x, 1x, 1.5x
- Blueberry and Lemon: 0.1667x, 0.5x, 1x
A stacked Wild lands on reels two to five in the main game and substitutes for everything except the Token and Random Bonus symbols.
Those two exceptions are where the base game gets interesting. Both appear as overlays covering other symbols; when a Token flies off the reel, the symbol underneath it is revealed and can complete a win. The reveal works like a free respin on a single position, which means a Token sitting on top of a near-miss line is doing you a favour by leaving.
Each Token matches one of the three Tiki Idols above the reels, blue, red or green, and any Token may at random wake its idol and set off the bonus. The Random Bonus symbol works the same reveal trick but is guaranteed to trigger the round when it departs.
Collecting Tokens has no effect on the trigger odds. It’s pure random chance when a Token activates its idol, so there’s nothing to build up and no meter to watch. The idols are decoration until the moment they aren’t, and that moment isn’t signalled in advance.
The Pin Win Bonus
Each idol triggers a bonus with its own special symbol. Blue brings PAYER symbols, red brings BOOST, and green brings COLLECT. If several idols wake at once, the round becomes a MIXED PIN WIN with multiple special symbol types in play.
Blue and red waking together, for instance, deals a round containing both PAYER and BOOST symbols. The single-idol rounds are the common shape; the mixed ones stack the mechanics on top of each other.
The reels then turn into a 5×3 grid, each position holding a mini reel of Pin Win symbols, specials and empty cells. The round starts with three attempts. Every spin costs one, but any Pin Win or special symbol that lands resets the count to three, so a productive round can run a long time.
It ends when attempts run out or the entire grid is covered in Pin Win and/or Collect symbols. At that point every prize on the grid is added up and paid.
Pin Win symbols stick where they land and stay in place until the round ends, while the rest of the grid keeps spinning around them. Each carries a prize from 0.5x up to 100x the total bet, drawn from a ladder that steps through 1x, 2x and the single digits before jumping to 12x, 14x, 16x, 18x, 20x, 50x and finally 100x.
The specials work in a fixed order whenever more than one lands on the same spin: PAYER, then BOOST, then COLLECT.
- PAYER adds its reward to every Pin Win symbol on the grid, worth 1x to 10x the bet itself
- BOOST multiplies one Pin Win symbol’s prize by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 7x or 10x
- COLLECT gathers the rewards from all Pin Win symbols already on the grid, and those symbols keep their printed prizes for the final tally
The order matters. A PAYER landing alongside a BOOST means the boost applies to a grid that has already been fattened; a COLLECT arriving last banks everything the earlier symbols did that spin.
That sequencing gives the mixed rounds their pull: more special types in the pool means more chances for the chain to line up.
The bonus runs at the same bet as the game that triggered it, and it can only be won during the main game. Nothing about the round changes size mid-play.
The Ultra Jackpot
Fill the bonus grid with 15 Pin Win and/or Collect symbols and the game pays a 1,000x total bet Ultra Jackpot. A counter above the reels tracks your progress, ticking down with every sticky symbol that lands.
Since the round also ends when the grid is fully covered, the jackpot and a full board amount to the same event, and it’s the clearest route to the game’s 7,000x ceiling.
Buy Bonus
A Buy Bonus button lets you start a Pin Win round at any time. The purchase plays one main game spin that produces a Random Bonus symbol, which then triggers one of the three variants exactly as it would by chance.
The cost scales directly with the total bet, and the round plays out identically to a naturally triggered one. You don’t choose which idol wakes; the buy hands the decision to the same random draw the base game uses.
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 7.1/10
You spend most of a session here waiting for an idol to open its eyes, and when one finally does, the game becomes something else entirely. That switch is the whole reason to sit down at these reels: the jungle is handsome, but the hold-and-collect round is the appointment you’re keeping.
The bonus round is what justifies the wait. Attempts resetting to three on every landing symbol gives a good one real momentum, the fixed PAYER, BOOST, COLLECT order means a chain landing together pays more than the same symbols landing apart, and the Ultra Jackpot gives the full grid a target worth chasing rather than a number that happens to add up.
The base game doesn’t pull its weight between those moments: symbol wins are small, there’s no meter or build towards the trigger, and very high volatility makes the gaps long. This one suits players who enjoy a patient collect-and-reset round done with polish, and it has little to offer anyone who wants frequent action. The tikis keep their kingdom; it’s a familiar kingdom, but it’s well kept.
3 Tiki Kingdom FAQs
-
How does the Pin Win Bonus trigger?
A TOKEN symbol may randomly activate its matching Tiki Idol above the reels, which starts the Pin Win Bonus. The RANDOM BONUS symbol guarantees a trigger when it flies off the reel. How many TOKENs have landed beforehand makes no difference to your chances. -
What does the PAYER symbol do?
During the Pin Win Bonus, a PAYER symbol adds its own reward, worth 1x to 10x the total bet, to every PIN WIN symbol on the grid at the end of the spin. -
How does the Ultra Jackpot work?
Collecting 15 PIN WIN and/or COLLECT symbols during the Pin Win Bonus awards the 1,000x total bet Ultra Jackpot. The counter above the reels tracks how many symbols you still need. -
What are attempts in the bonus round?
The Bonus Game starts with three attempts, and every spin uses one. Any PIN WIN or special symbol that lands resets the count to three, so the round continues until attempts run out or the grid fills with PIN WIN and COLLECT symbols. -
Can you buy the bonus on 3 Tiki Kingdom?
Yes. The Buy Bonus feature activates a Pin Win round at any time, starting with a main game spin that produces a RANDOM BONUS symbol. The cost depends directly on your total bet, and the round plays out exactly as a chance-triggered one. -
Is 3 Tiki Kingdom high volatility?
Yes, the game’s volatility is rated very high, so wins tend to be infrequent and the bonus round carries most of the winning potential. -
What is the maximum win on 3 Tiki Kingdom?
The maximum win is 7,000x your bet. -
Who makes 3 Tiki Kingdom?
3 Tiki Kingdom is made by Amigo Gaming.
