Almighty Money Quake Slot Review
Torches gutter against carved stone pillars and worn steps climb towards the reels: a sunbaked temple, dressing up a fruit machine. Almighty Money Quake is Blueprint Gaming‘s cash-collect entry, and its best idea is structural rather than visual. The two bonus rounds feed each other, so the shortest route to the top prize runs through the other bonus first. Around that sit plain specs: a 5×3 grid, 20 winlines, a 94% RTP and a maximum payout of 2,500x the base stake.
It’s classic fruit-machine territory for a studio that knows the turf, having built everything from 7’s Deluxe Wild Fortune Play to King Kong Cash. Two bonuses sit on top of the reels here, one of which can spill into the other, and a prize ladder runs above it all.
Base Game
Wins form in the traditional way: matching symbols on consecutive reels from the left, across any of the 20 winlines. Wins on different lines add together, and only the highest combination pays per line. It’s a setup that needs no explaining, which leaves the symbols to do the talking.
The wild lands only on reels two to five, expands whenever it forms part of a winning line, and substitutes for everything except the Bonus and Cash Prize Scatter symbols. That’s its whole job, and it does it without ceremony.
The paytable splits into three tiers. Super 7 and the Dollar Sign lead, the Bell and Grapes sit a step behind them, and the remaining fruit symbols fill out the low end. All values are multiples of the total bet:
- Super 7 – 0.5x, 2.5x and 12.5x for three, four and five
- Dollar Sign – 0.5x, 1.5x and 10x
- Bell – 0.5x, 1.25x and 5x
- Grapes – 0.25x, 1.25x and 5x
- Watermelon – 0.25x, 1x and 3.75x
- Orange and Plum – 0.25x, 0.75x and 2.5x each
- Lemon and Cherry – 0.25x, 0.5x and 2x each
One base-game flourish exists. Fill reel one with Super 7 symbols while wilds cover every reel to its right and the whole reel win gets multiplied by as much as 10x. It’s a narrow trigger and a tidy payout when it arrives. Nothing else in the base game deviates from the template.
A prize ladder sits above the reels, and its four rungs pay as follows at any stake:
- MIDI – 5x the base stake
- MAXI – 25x
- MEGA – 100x
- ALMIGHTY – 1,000x
The Almighty Pot is the rung worth talking about, and the Money Quake Bonus decides who gets it. Cash symbols feed that machine, carrying values from 1x up to 80x the base stake. Those cash values are what the ladder’s lower rungs are built from: a screen full of cash symbols, stacked and multiplied, is what actually climbs it.
Money Quake Bonus
Land six or more Cash Prize Scatter symbols anywhere in view and the Money Quake Bonus begins. The triggering symbols lock in place and stay there for the rest of the round; every other position respins. The counter starts at three spins.
While the round runs, only Cash Prize Scatters, Multiplier symbols and pip symbols can land. The rules of the round are simple:
- Any new Cash Prize Scatter locks in place and resets the counter to three spins
- The Multiplier symbol applies a flaming multiplier of up to 5x to as many as five positions, then resets the counter to three, but never locks itself
- The round ends when the spins run out or every position is locked
- Multipliers are added to the Cash Prize Scatters at the end
The Multiplier symbol deserves a second look, because it works differently from everything else on the screen. It doesn’t lock, it doesn’t pay on its own, and it can land repeatedly, each time setting five positions alight and buying three more spins. Its boost lands at the end of the round, when the accumulated multipliers are added to the cash values they touched.
Filling the entire window with cash symbols hands over the Almighty Pot. The route depends on where the round began: triggered from the base game it takes 15 cash symbols in total, while a Money Quake that begins inside the Mighty Spins Bonus needs only six.
No line wins are paid during Money Quake; the locked cash values are the whole event. Scatter wins elsewhere pay in addition to reel wins, and multiple scatter features can be won in a single game.
Mighty Spins Bonus
Three or more Bonus scatter symbols trigger the Mighty Spins Bonus, with an instant stake award on top:
- 3 Bonus scatters – 2x base stake plus 5 Mighty Spins
- 4 Bonus scatters – 15x base stake plus 5 Mighty Spins
- 5 Bonus scatters – 100x base stake plus 5 Mighty Spins
During the bonus, three adjacent reels are highlighted and merge into a colossal 3×3 symbol that roams, moving to a new position at random on each spin. A colossal wild can land on reel one, and the Cash Prize and Bonus Scatter symbols appear only on the colossal symbol while the round lasts.
The colossal symbol is where the two bonuses meet. If it lands as a Cash Prize Scatter, the Money Quake feature fires: the colossal locks in place, everything else respins, and at the end the colossal pays its shown value along with any additional cash symbols collected. Once that finishes, the Mighty Spins resume where they left off.
If the colossal lands on the Bonus scatter symbol instead, three extra spins and 1x base stake are awarded, extending the round on the spot. Cash Prize values run from 5x to 80x during this bonus, richer than the base-game range, and the round pays out everything accumulated once the final spin is used. Wins during Mighty Spins are judged across ten lines rather than the base game’s 20.
There’s an autoplay function too, configurable where jurisdictions allow it, and nothing about it is unusual: pick a stake, pick a number of spins, stop whenever you like.
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 7.1/10
For most of a session this is a corridor: 20 lines of fruit, an expanding wild, a Super 7 multiplier you’ll almost never see fire, and a wait for scatters. The reason to sit down at this temple is the way its two bonuses meet. A Money Quake reached through Mighty Spins needs just six cash symbols for the Almighty Pot instead of fifteen, so the roaming colossal is a genuine shortcut rather than decoration.
That interlock is the strength, and it’s a real one: the multiplier symbol keeps rounds breathing well past three spins, and the pot genuinely is easier to reach from the bonus than the base game. The weakness is the ceiling. A 2,500x cap is modest for a ladder game, and the top rung itself pays 1,000x, so even the best possible round tops out well short of spectacular.
This suits players who enjoy the collect-and-hold loop for its own sake and don’t need a five-figure ceiling to justify the chase. Anyone hunting genuinely large max wins will find the temple’s treasure polite. For everyone else, the braziers stay lit, the ladder is climbable, and the loop underneath is built with care.
