Money (Fish) Symbols
During gameplay, fish symbols appear with a random value between 2x and 5,000x your bet. These values are only credited during the Free Spins round, however, connecting 3 fish symbols in the base game awards a payout.
Special Features
In the base game, 2 special features can trigger at random – these include:
- A random-paying symbol can land covering reels 1 and 2, with instances of the same symbol, similar to the Gigablox mechanic.
- A hook animation can bring 1, 2, or 3 Scatters into view, triggering the Free Spins round.

Free Spins

After the 3rd retrigger, the feature cannot be enhanced further. In addition, 3 special features can randomly trigger – these include:
- When wilds are present without fish symbols, a special Dynamite function can bring fish symbols to the surface.
- When fish symbols are present without wilds, a special Hook animation can pull a random reel to reveal wilds.
- When wilds are present without fish symbols, a special Bazooka modifier can transform all symbols in view, except Wilds, into something else.
Our Verdict
For a 3-reel Video Slot, Reel Kingdom has certainly packed as much as they can into the game, keeping the magic of the Big Bass series going strong. Reel Kingdom has kept the series’ distinguishable features and mechanics entirely the same, whilst making cutbacks on the number of reels and pay lines.
In addition to the games’ hook modifier, Reel Kingdom has introduced a feature similar to that of the Gigablox mechanic. This is a first for the series and one that offers potential on the limited reels. What’s more, is that there’s a Super Free Spins option for non-UK players to utilise.
In Free Spins, there are very few, if any, changes made to the feature. The Fisherman Wild becomes the star of the show, collecting fish values and offering retriggers and multipliers that boost the overall performance.
