Every reel has its own Symbol Selector sitting above the grid. When the reels stop, each selector reveals a symbol, and if that symbol lands on the reel beneath it, every symbol on that reel transforms to match.
Cascading Reels and Stack Multipliers
Winning symbols are removed after every win, new symbols cascade down to fill the gaps, and the reels keep going for as long as fresh combinations keep landing. Once a stack has contributed to a win, its multiplier locks to that cell for the rest of the round. It survives the cascades that follow and boosts every later win it takes part in.

The base game holds up better than most high-volatility openers. Wins landed often enough to keep things ticking over, and the quieter stretches still had stacks and locked multipliers building, so the spins had somewhere to go.
The frustration is watching a stack and a multiplier line up and then the cascade stops one step short. That happened more than once.
Free spins are where it opens up. Synced Reels gives the bonus a character of its own rather than a recoloured base game, and the pricier buys got there in better shape than the cheap one.
The 10,000x ceiling makes sense for these mechanics, though plenty has to land at once. It’s for high-volatility players who like watching a win assemble in stages rather than arrive in one hit. Anyone after steady, simple payouts should walk on past.
