Base Game & Features
Gold Blitz Express is a highly volatile 6-reel, 4-row video slot with 4,096 ways to win. Paytable symbols occur when 2-6 identical symbols land on adjoining reels, starting from reel 1.
The highest-paying symbol is the Dollar Sign, followed by the Gold Bars, Gold Coins, Bells, Horseshoes, and A, K, Q, J, 10, & 9 royals. After each spin, winning combinations produce payouts between 0.3x and 5x your bet.
Wild symbols appear on reels 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6 in the base game, substituting for all symbols except Scatters, Blitz Express, Cash, & Collect symbols. Other symbols include Scatter symbols, which trigger the Free Spins mode when enough land in view on the reels.
Blitz Express
When a Blitz Express symbol lands on reel 6 during gameplay, the Blitz Express Feature triggers. This feature awards a combination of 5-20 Cash/Jackpot Prizes from the following:
- Cash Prizes: Between 0.5x and 9x your bet
- Jackpot Prizes: Mini (10x), Minor (25x), Major (100x), Mega (1,000x)
If the Blitz Express feature and Free Spins mode trigger in the same spin, the Blitz Express feature plays first. However, this feature and the Rising Rewards feature cannot trigger in the same spin.
Rising Rewards
With each spin, Gold Tokens can overlay all paytable symbols when they appear in view. Please note that Gold Tokens can also appear over blank positions during the Gold Blitz feature.
Each time a Gold Token hits, it increases the Instant Win Jackpot by 0.1x to 0.5x your bet. This continues until the Instant Win Jackpot has reached its maximum capacity. With each increase, the probability of winning the Instant Win Jackpot decreases, but it remains at its current value during individual sessions until it is awarded.
Once the Instant Win Jackpot has been awarded, it will reset to its original starting value. The graphical collection pot in the game is purely for entertainment purposes only, & does not reflect when it will trigger.
Collect Feature
Collect symbols, in the form of Lightning Bolts, appear on reels 1 & 6 throughout gameplay. When Cash and/or Jackpot Prizes land on the reels, along with 1 or more Collect symbols, the Collect Feature triggers.
Once active, the Collect symbol(s) will gather all Cash/Jackpot Prizes from the reels and award their total combined value for the spin. Please note that Cash & Collect symbols are not available in Free Spins.
Gold Blitz Express: Bonus Choice
When 3 or 4 Scatters land on reels 2, 3, 4, or 5 in the base game, the Bonus Game triggers, where players can choose between Free Spins & the Gold Blitz Feature.
- 3 Scatters:

- 4 Scatters:

Free Spins
Choosing the Free Spins mode enables Expanding Wilds on reels 2, 3, 4, & 5. Each Expanding Wild that is part of a win will always expand to fill the entire reel it appears on, substituting for all symbols except Scatters & Blitz Express symbols.
When 2, 3, or 4 Scatters land during this time, an additional +5, +8, and +12 Free Spins are awarded, respectively.
Gold Blitz
When choosing the Gold Blitz Feature, only Cash, Blitz Express, Collect, & Blank symbols appear on the reels. For every 3 Collect symbols obtained on the Accumulation Trail, the Cash Multiplier increases, and additional Gold Blitz spins are awarded from the following:
- 0-2 Collect Symbols: Continues the x1 Cash Multiplier
- 6 Collect Symbols: Increases the Cash Multiplier to x2 and awards an additional +5 Free Spins

Once the Gold Blitz Feature is complete, the Bonus Recharge offers players the option to keep playing, but it comes at a cost. Please note that the Bonus Recharge may be limited to certain regions.
Gold Blitz Respins
When a Collect symbol lands on reels 1 or 6, without Cash or Jackpot Prizes, a single Respin is awarded. Once active, reels 1 & 6 lock into position, allowing reels 2-5 to spin again, revealing only Cash & Blank symbols.
During this feature, at least 1 Cash Prize is guaranteed to land, up to a maximum of 2 overall. This feature can only be triggered in the base game, while Gold Tokens are not available.

Our Honest Verdict
Gold Blitz Express is a first-class journey and arguably Fortune Factory Studios’ most daring Gold Blitz slot to date. The first spark of allure comes from the Blitz Express feature, which can trigger instant Cash or Jackpot prizes, but the game has much more in the tank thanks to Rising Rewards that overlay symbols to boost those jackpots even further.
Like many titles in this style, it also features a Collect mechanic on reels 1 and 6, reminiscent of Blueprint Gaming’s King Kong Even More Bananas and similar iterations. Outside of that, there aren’t many additional modifiers, but the game makes up for it with a bonus choice that forces a tough decision between Free Spins and Gold Blitz.
Free Spins goes down the more traditional route with expanding wilds that always fill the reel in this mode. Gold Blitz, meanwhile, takes the Big Bass Bonanza direction, enhanced by the added excitement of the Blitz Express feature.
The bonus recharge option is a welcome touch, too, allowing you to buy additional spins, though availability may vary depending on your region.
With a max win of 1,998x, it’s not the most explosive release in the series, but all in all, Gold Blitz Express delivers a polished, feature-rich ride that stays true to what makes the Gold Blitz line so popular.
