Honey Beast Dice Slot Review
A giant honeycomb hive hangs in the sky above a hazy orange desert, dripping lit honey down a cliff face while bees circle out into the open air. Honey Beast Dice, from BF Games, spends its entire budget on that view and tells you almost nothing else about itself, which is either refreshing or careless depending on how much you like climbing blind.
It’s the dice-flavoured companion to Honey Beast, a lovely-looking mystery of a game in 2026. This one runs with medium volatility, and the RTP is 92.32%, 94.18% or 96.32% depending on the operator’s setting. Whether the hive holds more honey this time is what the reels have to answer.
Base Game & Features
The reels sit in the middle of that golden canyon, framed by the hive on one cliff and the little house on the other. It’s a warm, lush piece of painting, all orange haze and glowing honey. Bright cartoon-arcade lettering pops against all of it. The symbol set mixes the predictable with the peculiar.
- Card symbols: 9, 10, J, K, A – the low-paying end of the set
- Dice icons, carrying the game’s name into the reels
- A honey jar symbol
- A four-leaf clover symbol
- A wild paw symbol
The wild paw stands in for other symbols to complete winning combinations, and that’s its whole job here. It doesn’t carry its own payout structure and it doesn’t trigger anything. For a game with “Beast” in the title, the wild is a quiet presence rather than a headline act.
The royals and the dice do the everyday work. The dice icons are the one nod to the game’s own name, sitting between the card symbols like they’ve wandered in from a different cabinet. Beyond them, the honey jar and clover tie the grid back to the meadow-and-hive setting.
Wins are formed across the reels. Medium volatility means the spacing between them shouldn’t turn brutal, with payouts spread more evenly than a high-variance game would give you. That makes it a comfortable slot to sit with at modest stakes while you wait on the feature.
One quirk: grid positions can carry a coin value overlay, with cash values showing on cells during play. This game thinks in coin values rather than plain stake multiples.
It’s a small distinction, but it matters. Check your coin settings before you judge any figure the display gives you, because the same spin can look different depending on how the denominations are set. It changes how the numbers you’re watching should be read.
Honey Beast Dice Bonus Features & Free Spins
Honey Money Games
The feature round goes by the name Honey Money Games, and that’s honestly most of what can be said with confidence about it. Everything the game commits to can be counted on one hand:
- It’s the round the base game builds towards
- It’s the feature that Extra Chance improves the odds of triggering
- Beyond that, how it plays, what it pays and how it’s won are left to discover when it lands
That thinness will bother some players more than others. Nothing can be checked in advance.
If you want to know what a spin is worth before you take it, this game won’t tell you. What the round does have going for it is the setting it lands in. Triggering a feature against that sunset canyon, hive glowing off to the left, is a better payoff visually than most bee slots offer. Whether the honey inside matches the packaging is the gamble.
Extra Chance (Double Chance)
Extra Chance is the one mechanic in this game you can actually reason about before you spin. It’s an opt-in modifier, and its terms are short:
- Opt in via the Double Chance button
- Your stake increases by 20% of your current bet
- In exchange, your chances of triggering Honey Money Games double
It’s a structure that rewards a bit of arithmetic. Paying a fifth more per spin to halve the expected wait for the feature is a fair-sounding deal on paper. Because the extra cost is charged in drips rather than one lump, it’s the kind of opt-in a patient player can sit with for a long session without wincing.
It’s also the honest way to chase the feature here. With no published odds on the round itself, Extra Chance is the only lever the game hands you. It puts its price tag on the lever rather than hiding it in the fine print.
Twenty per cent is a real cost over a long stretch of spins, so it’s a decision worth making deliberately rather than by default. At a 1.00 stake, you’re paying 1.20 every spin with the modifier on. Over a few hundred spins that difference compounds, and it should be weighed against how badly you want the round.
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 6/10
A session here is mostly spent in the sunset canyon, watching the hive glow and waiting. That waiting looks good enough that it mostly gets away with it, and honestly the view is the reason to open this one at all.
The best thing in it is Extra Chance, because a fifth on top of your stake for doubled feature odds is a decision you can make with a clear head before the reels move. The worst is that everything behind that trigger is fog: the round’s rules, its payouts, its ceiling, all of it left undescribed. That’s a lot of unlit ground for a game with one feature.
It suits players who enjoy a slow build and don’t mind finding out what the honey’s worth only after they’ve reached for it. Anyone who wants the numbers before the climb should spend their stake elsewhere.
