Every dodgy building site has the same two tells: concrete that never got finished, and an extension lead running through a puddle because nobody fancied buying a longer one. In Outsourced 2 – Balkan Engineering, Nolimit City have made the machinery breaking down the punchline rather than the setback.
It’s a 5×5 grid running on xWays, so the ways to win move around from spin to spin. RTP is 96.06% by default, though operators can also run a 92.05% build, and volatility is rated the full 10 out of 10. Stakes cover 0.20 to 200 per spin, with a ceiling of 11,111x. It’s the same joke as Outsourced, pushed considerably further.
Anyone who’s played Nine to Five or San Quentin xWays will recognise the xWays and xNudge wiring, but there’s an enormous menu of Boosters and buys bolted on top of it here. In our review session that 11,111x actually landed, off a 1,111x God Mode buy. Whether the slot is any good underneath all the chaos, rather than just funny, is the harder question.
Base Game & Features
There are no fixed paylines. The grid is five reels by five rows, and xWays symbols expand into stacks of 2-4, so the number of ways available changes with each spin.
Four mechanics do the work in normal play: Infectious xWays, the xNudge Balkan Wild, Print Spins and the Elevator. Any of them can also hand you a blocker symbol, which pays nothing.
Infectious xWays
An Infectious xWays symbol reveals one of the regular paying symbols at a size of 2-4. It then infects every other instance of that symbol on the grid, taking those up to size 2-4 as well.
Land more than one Infectious xWays and they all reveal the same symbol. Multiple infections on the same symbol stack multiplicatively, so sizes climb quickly. The reveal can also come back as a blocker with no payout attached.
xNudge Balkan Wild
The Balkan Wild can land in any position and nudges into place to fit the grid. Every step it nudges adds 1 to its multiplier, and those multipliers run as high as 999x.
Several Balkan Wilds on screen add their multipliers together for one total win multiplier. It can also malfunction, in which case it stays a 1×1 Wild and does nothing else.
Print Spins
Winning symbols pay out first, then vanish and leave empty positions for new symbols to drop into. That’s a respin, and each Print Spin adds 1 to the multiplier sitting on every position that just won.
Those multipliers only count for regular paying symbols, and the sequence ends as soon as a spin produces no win.
If an Infectious xWays lands on a position during Print Spins, it multiplies with the increased multiplier already there when it pays. The symbol multiplier on that winning Ways position then reverts to its previous value plus 1.
Bonus Symbols and the Elevator
Bonus symbols are what open the free spins modes. Three of them award four Tilt Spins, four of them award seven Tiltier Spins, and free spins arrive at an average rate of 1 in 261 spins.
The Elevator works differently depending on where you are. In the base game it opens onto either an instant bonus mode or a blocker.
Inside a bonus mode, an Elevator symbol can award one, two or seven extra spins instead, or reveal a blocker again.

There are four escalating rounds, and they all share the same core rule: symbol multipliers built up before the round starts are carried into it.
Tilt Spins and Tiltier Spins

Four Bonus symbols trigger seven Tiltier Spins instead. The mechanics are identical, with three more spins to work with, and an Elevator landing mid-round can extend either version.
Filthiest Spins
Filthiest Spins is a purchase rather than something you can land. It runs for seven spins on the same rules as Tiltier Spins, with one difference: every position on the grid starts on a x2 multiplier.
God Mode
God Mode sits at the top of the buy menu. Big Szukcess can award the 11,111x maximum outright from it, once the required B, O, O and M symbols land.

Two systems sit side by side. Nolimit Boosters change the character of a single spin, while the Nolimit Bonus buys skip straight into a full round. Every price is a multiple of your stake.

Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 8.6/10
Base play is harsh, and Print Spins were the only thing keeping the quiet stretches watchable: ordinary wins quietly turning grid positions into something worth hitting again.
Four Tilt Spins disappeared before anything developed, which was the low point of the session. Tiltier and Filthiest both did far more with the same ideas. Then God Mode went the whole way to 11,111x, the result this game spends an entire session threatening.
That doesn’t make God Mode good value. One max win off a single enormous buy proves the ceiling is reachable, not that chasing it is sensible.
The malfunction gag is funny while it’s cheap. A Balkan Wild breaking inside a bought feature is considerably less so.
This one’s for players already sold on Nolimit’s extreme end. Anyone who wants regular wins or mechanics they can follow should look elsewhere entirely.
Shoddy by design, structurally sound where it counts.
