Pyrofox is a highly volatile 5-reel Video Slot with 4 rows and 14 fixed pay lines. Wins are guaranteed when 3-5 identical symbols land on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost reel.
The 9 high and low-paying symbols are represented by leaves, wood, axes, lighters, and A, K, Q, J, & 10 Card Suits. In addition, Wild symbols appear on all reels and substitute for all paytable symbols.
All 10 symbols, including Wilds, incur a fixed payout between 0.2x and 25x your bet, where applicable. Other areas of note include the high RTP module of 96.24% and sizable max win cap.
Pyro Reel
In the base game, whenever a Pyro symbol hits, it will expand into a full Pyro Reel so long as it participates in a winning combination. Please note that only 1 Pyro symbol can land per reel and is unavailable in the Blaze of Glory Free Spins mode.
All Pyro Reel positions act as individual Wild symbols, substituting for all paytable symbols.
Global Multiplier
The Global Multiplier is visible above the main reel set and is responsible for multiplying all winning combinations. However, this function is not available during base game spins.

The Blaze of Glory bonus is triggered when 3 Scatters land in the base game, awarding 10 Free Spins.

Fiery Wheel of Fortune
When either of the Free Spins modes triggers, a special Fiery Wheel of Fortune is awarded. This feature is classified as a Gamble Mode, where players can risk their current Free Spins for a chance to win more.

Our Honest Verdict
Pyrofox is a solid and insightful release from Backseat Gaming, which operates an unusual theme and aesthetics. However, once you adapt to this, you’ll find many recurring features and mechanics, which are still very much loved by the iGaming community.
In the base game, a special Pyro symbol becomes apparent on the reels. This symbol will expand when it is part of at least 1 winning combination, causing each pyro reel position to act as a Wild toward winning combinations.
Additionally, this game is home to a Global Multiplier feature; however, it is only available during the Blaze of Glory and Falame Fox’s Frenzy modes. Ultimately, non-UK players receive special treatment in the form of Wildfire Featurespins (as part of the Bonus Buy), which guarantees a Global Multiplier between x2 and x100 per spin in the base game.
UK players may not benefit from featurespins, but we have access to the Gamble Mode prior to Free Spins. It’s not that often we receive a gamble mode within a Hacksaw Gaming or partner studio release, but when we do, it’s an exciting concept that caters to daredevil players looking for a high-risk, high-reward atmosphere.
In terms of Free Spins, Blaze of Glory operates the same base game mechanics and certain enhancements, including an incrementing Global Multiplier. Due to the lack of cascades, the Global Multiplier increases by +x1 with each new spin.
Due to this, the potential of the Global Multiplier is limited in comparison to a Megaways Slot, which increments by +x1 per winning combination. Ultimately, if you’re unable to land additional spins, the Global Multiplier is certainly restricted – this is why the Gamble Mode is so important.
