Rich Wilde and the Wandering City Theme
The Wandering City, (also known as the City of Caesars) is a Mythical City of South America. It was said to be located somewhere in Patagonia, in a valley between Argentina and Chile. Despite numerous attempts by people from all over the world, no proof was ever found that the Wandering City really existed.
The Rich Wilde games always follow a similar script with ancient and forgotten landscapes with mysterious and illustrious treasure, and this one is no different. If there’s one thing Rich Wilde loves above anything else, it’s treasure hunting.

Rich Wilde and the Wandering City: Our Verdict
Rich Wilde and the Wandering City isn’t exactly innovation personified, but we never really expect it from a series that is so synonymous with the ‘Book of’ Genre.
Play’n GO generally aren’t ones to copy and paste a concept into another game and reskin it, so keen fans can look forward to one of their favourite slot mechanics yet again, but with a twist to make it stand out from others like it.
Rich Wilde and the Wandering City has ditched the fixed pay lines for once in favour of 243 ways, which is something that’s surprisingly uncommon in this type of game. Crypt of the Dead by Blueprint Gaming tried a ways to win approach, and it actually made it very exciting. Win lines using this method are of course a bit dimmed down because of how much easier it is to connect, but if you get a full screen of expanding symbols then the opposite is true instead.
All of this as well as the reel multipliers makes Rich Wilde and the Wandering City a very interesting choice indeed, and a good one if you’re looking for something a little bit different from usual.
Statistically, Rich Wilde and the Wandering City has the potential to payout up to 10,000x, which is certainly worth an adventure with such a seasoned explore like Rich.
