Base Game & Features
Savannah Pride is played across 5-reels, 3-rows, and 20 active pay lines. Choose from a variety of betting options, from £0.10 per spin, up to a maximum bet of £20 per spin. Obtaining wins requires 3-5 matching symbols to land from left to right, starting from the leftmost reel.
The highest-paying (Elephant) symbol produces wins of 50x your bet for a 5-linning winning combination. Savannah Pride has a theoretical RTP of 95.75% , a Mid-High Volatility rating, and a max win cap of 3,425x your bet. Wilds substitute for all High and Low-paying symbols.
Shields & Warrior Wilds
During gameplay, Shield symbols appear in a 1×3 size, either Partially or Fully in view. When a Shield symbol is fully visible on the reels, it transforms into a special Warrior Wild.
Warrior Wilds substitute for all High and Low-paying symbols, acting as the symbol that forms the highest winning combination. Warrior Wilds can only appear as a result of Shield symbols.
Princess Wilds
Another addition is Princess Wilds. These symbols transform any Horizontally or Vertically adjacent Shield symbols into Warrior Wilds. Any shield symbols adjacent to transformed Warrior Wilds will also be subject to transformation.
Bonus Buy
Enter the Lion’s den and into Free Spins for an additional 60x your current bet.
Free Spins
Landing 3, 4, or 5 Scatters in the base game triggers the Free Spins round, awarding 8, 12, and 20 Free Spins respectively. Free Spins can be retriggered by landing the same amount of Scatters.
At the start of Free Spins, a Princess Wild is placed onto the reels in a random position. The Princess Wild will remain in its position for the remainder of Free Spins, moving between positions with each spin. Furthermore, additional Wilds may land.

Conclusion
Red Tiger has captured the essence of Africa in Savannah Pride, with its stunning visuals and enticing sound effects, a place where majestic animals call home. As captivating as the view is, we’re here for the mechanics and features, but did Savannah Pride deliver?
In the base game, a number of special symbols pride themselves on the reels. Shield symbols are the most frequent on the reels, yet they possess little power until they are transformed into Warrior Wilds. The placement of these symbols is important to create substantial wins.
However, Princess Wilds can transform all horizontally and vertically adjacent Shield symbols into Warrior Wilds. Having a combination of Princess Wilds and Shield symbols in a single spin can deliver substantial wins, to the tune of 3,425x your bet.
During Free Spins, a single Princess Wild is placed onto the reels at random, jumping to a new position with each spin. The further away it jumps, the less likely of winning anything substantial, unless paired with additional Wilds. For the best outcome, the Princess Wild will need to jump into a prime position, enhanced by additional Wilds, and met with High-paying symbols.
All in all, Savannah Pride is not the most nail-biting instalment from Red Tiger, yet it does have a compelling aroma to it, but is it enough to keep players coming back for more?
