Tasty Rush Sweet Spots

Tasty Rush Sweet Spots Slot Review

Giant swirl lollipops stand either side of a pink-and-white candy-cane frame, with jellybeans scattered along a pale cobbled path below. Tasty Rush Sweet Spots is one of the few candy-themed slots where the sugar is doing structural work rather than decoration, because its multiplier marks make the base game worth playing even when no bonus is anywhere in sight.

Booming Games have built this one on a 7×7 grid with cluster pays, cascading reels and a 5,000x win cap. It sits in the same sugary territory as Tasty Bonanza Max Scatter, and shares its provider with Mr. Oinkster’s Hold & Win 10,000 and Blazing Bullets Hold and Win. The RTP is 95.90%.

Base Game & Features

Wins land as clusters rather than along lines. Five or more matching symbols connecting horizontally or vertically form a win, and from there each winning sequence runs through the same steps:

• Five or more matching symbols connect horizontally or vertically to form a cluster
• Winning symbols are removed from the grid
• Remaining symbols fall to the bottom-most positions
• New symbols fill the empty positions, which can create additional wins
• The sequence repeats until no new cluster forms

That loop can run several wins deep off a single spin, and on a grid 7×7 there’s plenty of room for a chain to gather pace.

Sweet Spots and Multipliers

The marker system is what sets this game apart. Any symbol that explodes as part of a winning cluster leaves a mark on its position. If that same position produces a win on the next cascade in the sequence, a x2 multiplier is applied to it.

Multipliers are additive rather than multiplicative, so a cluster containing several marked positions adds them together rather than stacking them. Marks keep building through a cascade sequence, and position-based multipliers can climb to x128. Everything resets once the sequence ends.

A mark pays out beyond its own cluster, too. Any winning cluster that includes a marked position picks up that position’s multiplier, so a cell marked early in a long sequence can still be contributing at the end of it.

Sweet Boost Meter

During the base game, every non-triggering candy symbol that lands gets collected into the Boost meter. The meter can set off Free Spins at any point, and the longer it fills, the better the chances of it firing. When it triggers, it resets to its starting level.

The accumulation does nothing beyond raising the trigger probability. It isn’t active during Free Spins, so there’s no meter work to do once the bonus is underway. What that means in practice:

• Only non-triggering candy symbols feed the meter
• Filling it raises the probability of Free Spins triggering, nothing else
• The meter resets to its starting level after a meter-triggered round
• The meter isn’t active during Free Spins

That leaves the base game with two separate routes into the bonus: the scatter symbols, or a meter that fills quietly in the background between them.

Boost+

Boost+ is a toggle you can switch on or off during the base game. It raises the bet by 25% and improves the chances of triggering the bonus features. Wins are still evaluated against the base bet rather than the Boost+ amount, so the premium buys trigger frequency and nothing else.

Tasty Rush Sweet Spots Free Spins & Bonus Features

Free Spins is set off by 3 or more Sweet Spot symbols landing anywhere on the grid. The more trigger symbols, the bigger the starting round:

• 3 symbols award 10 Free Spins
• 4 symbols award 12 Free Spins
• 5 symbols award 15 Free Spins
• 7 symbols award 30 Free Spins

Any markers and multipliers built up in the base game are wiped when the round begins. From there, new markers can be earned inside the bonus, and this time they persist across spins rather than resetting each time. That persistence is the whole appeal of the round: a long run of cascades can leave the grid littered with multiplier positions.

Retriggers follow the base game’s logic. Three or more Sweet Spot symbols during the round award additional Free Spins on the same sliding scale as the original trigger.

Buy Bonus

The bonus can be bought outright via the Buy Bonus button, which randomly awards between 10 and 30 Free Spins. It’s a blind purchase as far as the spin count goes, so you can’t target the 30-spin tier. Buying skips both natural routes: no scatter symbols need to land, and the meter plays no part in the purchase. Buy options may be unavailable or limited where the cost would exceed the maximum bet limits set by an operator or market.

Win Cap

The game’s win ceiling is 5,000x the bet. Once a total win reaches or passes that limit, any feature in play ends immediately and the full 5,000x the base bet is paid out. Nothing on the grid can out-earn it.

Our Honest Verdict

Overall Rating: 7.2/10

This is a game you play for the slow sugar rush of a board filling up with marks. Underneath all that candy-cane framing, every cascade leaves something behind, and the one reason to pick it is watching a handful of x2 cells turn into a chain that pays far beyond the cluster that started it.

Free Spins is the stronger half of the game, and it isn’t close: markers surviving between spins means a lucky round compounds in a way the base game never allows. The cap is the letdown. 5,000x is a modest ceiling for a grid that can carry x128 worth of positions, and it means the best board you ever build can still be cut off mid-bite.

It suits players who enjoy the build as much as the payout, and anyone chasing the biggest possible multipliers will find the ceiling too low to be interesting. For everyone else, there’s a lot to like in a game this generous with its own mechanics. Sweet enough to be worth a look.

Tasty Rush Sweet Spots FAQs

• What is the grid size of Tasty Rush Sweet Spots?

Tasty Rush Sweet Spots runs on a 7×7 grid with cluster pays, so wins form from five or more matching symbols connected horizontally or vertically rather than along paylines.
• How do the Sweet Spot multipliers work?

Each winning cluster marks the position of every symbol in it. Repeat a win on a marked position and it carries a x2 multiplier, with multipliers added together across all marked positions in a cluster. They can climb to x128 and reset at the end of the cascade sequence.
• How do you trigger Free Spins in Tasty Rush Sweet Spots?

Three or more Sweet Spot symbols anywhere on the grid award Free Spins: 3 symbols give 10 spins, 4 give 12, 5 give 15 and 7 give 30. The round can retrigger on the same scale during play, and the Sweet Boost meter can also set off Free Spins at any time during the base game.
• What does Boost+ do in Tasty Rush Sweet Spots?

Boost+ is a base game toggle that increases your bet by 25% and improves the chances of triggering the bonus features. Wins are still evaluated against the base bet amount rather than the Boost+ amount.
• Can you buy the bonus on Tasty Rush Sweet Spots?

Yes. The Buy Bonus button randomly awards between 10 and 30 Free Spins. You can’t choose the spin count, and buy options may be limited or unavailable where the cost exceeds an operator’s maximum bet limits.
• Do multipliers reset in Free Spins?

Markers and multipliers built up in the base game reset when Free Spins begins, but new markers earned during the round persist across spins and only reset once Free Spins has ended. That’s what makes the bonus round the more powerful half of the game.
• Is there a maximum win on Tasty Rush Sweet Spots?

Yes, wins are capped at 5,000x the bet. When the total win reaches or exceeds that limit, any active feature ends and the full 5,000x the base bet is awarded.
• When is Tasty Rush Sweet Spots released?

Tasty Rush Sweet Spots’ release date is 17 September 2026. It’s made by Booming Games.
