Cop The Lot Jackpot King Slot Review
Two burglars in striped tops are legging it across a rooftop with a swag sack, one of them in a black eye mask, while a moustachioed policeman leans on a lamppost and watches them go. Cop The Lot Jackpot King is honest about where its money is: two of the four bonuses cap at 500x, so the real prizes are one symbol and a progressive ladder, and everything else is the getaway drive. It’s a game built to sell you the chase, not the payout.
It’s a time capsule of a slot. Blueprint Gaming built it around the old cops-and-robbers arcades rather than any modern engine, stacking four separate bonuses and a progressive jackpot ladder onto a five-reel, 20-line frame. That crowded bonus sheet puts it closer to The Goonies and Ted than to the lean Megaways titles Blueprint are better known for. A full line of Super Wilds returns 10,000x the total bet, the jackpot can arrive on any spin, and the RTP is 94%.
Base Game & Features
The base game is straightforward line-pay territory. Wins need matching symbols on consecutive reels from the left, on a played line, and only the highest combination on each line counts. Line wins multiply by the bet on that line, and everything adds together into the total. Scatter wins are added on top of line wins.
The wild is a stick of dynamite in a bucket, labelled Super Wild, and it does two jobs at once. It substitutes for everything except the scatter, and it doubles any win it’s part of.
It’s also the top payer on the reels, comfortably clear of everything else. Beyond the wild, the paytable runs from a police badge down to the card royals, with all values shown as multiples of the total bet rather than the line bet:
- Cop Lot badge: 40x for three, 200x for four, 500x for five
- Super Wild: 10x for two, 200x for three, 2,000x for four, 10,000x for five
- Money bags: 2x for two, 20x for three, 100x for four, 400x for five
- Cash stack: 20x for three, 100x for four, 400x for five
- A and K: 10x for three, 50x for four, 200x for five
- Q and J: 5x for three, 30x for four, 150x for five
- 10 and 9: 4x for three, 20x for four, 100x for five
Money bags is the only symbol besides the wild that pays from two of a kind, so a small two-symbol return does appear between the bigger hits. The royals below them need a full three to pay anything at all.
Stakes are set from a list of available options, which vary by operator configuration and currency, so the range you see depends on where you play.
Autoplay carries configurable play-count and loss or win limits. It disables itself automatically on a jackpot win, so the big one can’t run past you unwatched.
Cop The Lot Jackpot King Bonuses & Free Spins
Four features sit on top of the base game, and each one works differently. Three of them answer to symbol combinations; the fourth needs nothing at all:
- Jackpot King: activates randomly during any spin
- Smash ‘N’ Grab free spins: three bonus symbols on reels two, three and four
- The Usual Suspects: three or more suspect symbols in view
- Cops and Robbers: three or more safe symbols in view
Jackpot King
Once the Jackpot King fires, you spin a dedicated set of reels to collect crowns, and more crowns means a bigger multiplier of your total bet. You then pick from the King’s Treasure to boost the prize.
The Wheel King round sits above that, offering the largest wins in the feature and a shot at the progressive pot itself. Three meters run continuously above the reels: the Regal Pot, the Jackpot King pot and the Royal Pot, ticking up with play across every casino running the system.
Smash ‘N’ Grab Free Spins
The three bonus icons need to land together on the middle reels to start the safe-picking round. You choose one safe to keep as your own, then pick two others, each of which reveals a free spins value that gets eliminated from the game. The remaining amount is what you’re offered.
Then comes the decision: take the amount offered or leave it. The bonus is entirely random, so there’s no telling whether the next offer beats the last. Up to 50 free spins are on the table.
The free spins themselves run automatically at the same lines and bet per line as the triggering spin. They play out on Super Reel bands carrying extra wilds and extra bonus symbols, which is the whole appeal of the round: richer strips than the base game, running at your full stake.
The Usual Suspects
This one is a straight pick game. You choose one suspect from the lineup and they reveal a multiplier of your total bet. It can pay up to 500x, which makes it one of the two biggest fixed prizes in the game. No skill, no second stage, just the pick.
Cops and Robbers
The most elaborate of the four. You spin dice to grab cash and move around the board, trying not to get caught. Collect three keys and you enter Millionaire’s Row, where the prizes step up. Get caught and you face the Judge instead, which settles things with a final award.
The ceiling here is also 500x the total bet, so the two pick-and-move features share the same cap while working in completely different ways. One is a single pick, the other a chase.
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 7/10
Playing Cop The Lot Jackpot King is mostly a waiting game, and the reason to choose it is the one you can’t chase: a jackpot that can arrive on any spin while you’re busy picking safes and legging it from the Judge. The reels spin, the meters tick, and you’re really just parked on the rooftop waiting for the alarm to go off.
The strength is that no two bonuses play alike, and the free spins round is the pick of them, running on richer reel bands than the base game ever offers. The weakness is where the money sits: two of the four features stop at 500x, so the game’s real ceiling rests entirely on one wild symbol and the progressive pots, and that’s a lot of eggs in two baskets.
This is one for players who like their slots loud, silly and stacked with stuff to trigger, in the spirit of the seaside arcades it came from. Anyone who wants one deep, polished mechanic will find it thin beneath the noise. For everyone else, the getaway car’s still running.
