Our Honest Verdict

The base game blows hot and cold. Cascades give small wins a job, since each one shunts the tracker a step nearer a Wild drop or a multiplier bump, and sitting one position short of a boost made us care about symbol drops we’d otherwise ignore. The array is redrawn every spin though, so a dead spin wipes whatever we’d built.

The bonuses are where it settles. Healthy Habits is the restrained version: eight spins, one empty slot between boosts, a multiplier that crept to 18x. Miracle Meds is the same system with the brakes off, and ours climbed to 42x after an Extra Dose fired four boosts at once and turned a routine spin into the best result of our demo session.

The 12,000x ceiling is reachable from any mode too, rather than being locked behind one rare feature.

It’s one for cascade fans who like watching progression build, and too chaotic for anyone who wants their reels sober. This joker’s pension plan is working out fine.
