To say that we’re long overdue for a sequel of Midas Golden Touch is an understatement, but is a Christmas version really what we had in mind?

We knew the time would eventually come when Thunderkick would grace us with another Midas Golden Touch, but it’s not quite the sequel we had imagined. Besides the evident changes to theme and graphics, Thunderkick has kept gameplay exactly how we remember it.

One would argue that this isn’t exactly a bad thing, given how hugely popular Midas Golden Touch is with players, yet you can’t help but feel a little disappointed.

Many providers have followed up on one of their popular titles and made it ten times better than the original. Take Push Gaming and Razor Returns for example…now that is a sequel that exceeded our expectations in more ways than one!
