Geese with Attitude Slot Review
The most valuable symbol in Geese with Attitude doesn’t use paylines, doesn’t need the bonus round, and pays out like one anyway. That’s the Vinyl record, and the decision to hang a 10,000x ladder on a scatter-anywhere symbol is what makes this game more than its paint job.
And there’s a lot of paint job. The reels sit on a graffiti-tagged concrete wall, the title drips yellow spray with a crown doodled over the first letter, and a column of chrome discs runs down the side like stacked spray-can caps. Underneath it all, All For One Studios have built a five-reel, three-row slot with 40 fixed paylines, 96.10% RTP and very high volatility, stakes from 0.20 to 25.00 per spin. Players of 11 Coins of Fire or Shamrock Holmes Megaways will know the house style; Pig City Life rounds out the shelf. Loud artwork, old-school maths, and a scatter ladder that changes how the whole thing plays.
Base Game & Features
Wins run left to right from the first reel across the 40 fixed lines, and where more than one winning combination lands on a single line, only the highest counts. The total payout for a spin is the sum of every line win plus any scatter win. Straightforward stuff.
The wild is a golden crowned face, and it substitutes for everything except the Scatter, Vinyl, Retrigger and Dice symbols. It also carries the richest line pays of any regular symbol in the game.
Symbols and Pays
All values below are multiples of the total bet:
- Wild (golden crowned face): 2x for three, 5x for four, 12.5x for five
- G.W.A (Vinyl): 1x for three, 5x for four, 15x for five, 40x for six, 100x for seven, 500x for eight, 1,000x for nine, 5,000x for ten, 10,000x for eleven
- Red Cap Goose: pays 1x, 3.75x and 7.5x for three, four and five
- Blue Headphone Goose: worth 0.5x, 2.5x, then 5x from three to five
- Green Knight Goose: the low goose, at 0.25x, 1.25x and 2.5x
- A, K: 0.15x for three, 0.25x for four, 1x for five
- Q, J (graffiti letters): 0.1x for three, 0.2x for four, 0.5x for five
- Scatter (Free Spins icon): 1x for three, landing anywhere
Line pays this shallow put real distance between the Vinyl symbol and everything else around it. The geese and the royals are small change; the record does the heavy lifting.
Epic Strike™
Vinyl symbols don’t need paylines. Three or more of them landing anywhere on the reels create their own winning combination and pay the cash prize from the ladder above, with the win added to any payline wins from the same spin. The feature runs in the base game and also during Free Spins with Notorious W.I.L.D.
Eleven Vinyls is the top of the ladder, and everything from six upward starts paying like a bonus round in its own right. Between bonus triggers, this is where the base game’s money sits.
Geese with Attitude Free Spins & Bonus Features
Free Spins Selection
Three Scatter symbols anywhere on the reels trigger the selection. Scatters sit on the middle three reels and only show up in the base game. You don’t pick: the game randomly awards one of two free spins features.
- 3 Free Spins with the Dice Roller feature
- 6 Free Spins with the Notorious W.I.L.D feature
Lines and bets stay exactly as they were on the triggering spin. Every trigger carries a small flip-of-a-coin quality before anything has even happened.
Free Spins with Dice Roller
You start with three free spins and a starting level prize of 1x the current bet. Beyond that first level there are eight levels to climb, each completed by collecting Dice, and each paying a fixed multiple of the bet:
- Level 1: 5 Dice collected, win 5x the bet
- Level 2: 10 more Dice, win 15x
- Level 3: 15 more Dice, win 40x
- Level 4: 20 more Dice, win 100x
- Level 5: 25 more Dice, win 500x
- Level 6: 30 more Dice, win 1,000x
- Level 7: 35 more Dice, win 5,000x
- Level 8: 40 more Dice, win 10,000x
Every five Dice collected past level one reaches a Booster Point, which awards one of three things: up to 10 extra Dice, up to 3 extra spins, or a Safe Zone. Safe Zone lifts the current prize to somewhere between it and the next level’s prize, which takes some of the sting out of a run that stalls. Completing a level resets the Dice count to zero and the spins back to three, and the feature runs until the spins run out or all levels are cleared.
If the top level isn’t reached, you’re paid the prize of the level achieved, or of the latest Safe Zone if that was higher. It’s a climb with a floor under it.
Free Spins with Notorious W.I.L.D
This one gives you six free spins, and every Wild that lands expands to fill its entire reel. Expanded wilds across 40 paylines connect a lot of lines at once, which is why the spin count starts low.
Retrigger symbols appear on reels two, three and four during this feature only, and each one that lands adds a single free spin. They pay nothing on their own; they just extend the round. Epic Strike™ also stays live here, so Vinyl combinations keep paying alongside the line wins.
Buy Feature
Both features can be bought from the base game, at these prices:
- Buy Feature with Dice Roller: 50.50x the current bet, triggering Free Spins with Dice Roller at 96.13% RTP
- Buy Feature with Notorious W.I.L.D: 35.60x the current bet, triggering Free Spins with Notorious W.I.L.D at 96.12% RTP
The bought feature plays at your current bet, and the buy switches off once your stake passes a set limit. Both buy RTPs sit a hair above the base 96.10%, so there’s no mathematical penalty for skipping the wait.
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 7.2/10
Most of your time here is spent on a quiet street: small line wins, a lot of spins where nothing connects, and the hope that a stack of records shows up. That scatter ladder is the reason to sit through it. Very few slots put this much prize potential on a symbol that can hit on any spin of any round.
Its strength is that the ladder works even when the bonuses don’t. Its weakness is how little else there is to do between triggers: outside the Vinyl and the wild, the paytable barely registers, and the bonus rounds start at three and six spins, which feels mean before a retrigger lands. The Safe Zones in Dice Roller help, but they can’t turn a stalled climb into a good one.
This is one for players who like a long, patient build towards a big ceiling and enjoy watching the wall for records. It isn’t one for anyone who wants regular feature hits or a base game that pays its way. Graffiti dries fast; the ladder is what stays on this wall.
