Immortal Romance II King Millions Slot Review
Four vampire portraits watch over a moonlit manor, and a jewelled crown now sits above the jackpot bars. Stormcraft Studios has taken this licence down some strange roads, but Immortal Romance II King Millions is the revival that puts the house back in order: the original’s 243-ways engine returns, the four lovers return, and the price of admission is a 4.50% slice of the RTP skimmed into the progressive pool. That skim is the whole argument of this edition. Two lottery jackpots in exchange for a leaner base game is a genuinely debatable deal, and the game never lets you forget it’s taking the cut.
The game runs on a 5×3 grid with 243 ways, high volatility, and a 90.50% RTP that splits into an 86.00% base return plus a 4.50% jackpot contribution. Stakes run from 0.20 to 20.00. If you know the family, Immortal Romance 2 and Immortal Romance Assembl’em, which took the licence down a build-a-bonus road in 2026, are the closest relatives, but this is the one carrying two progressives.
Base Game & Features
Wins pay across 243 ways, with matching symbols needing to land on adjacent reels from the left. Only the highest combination counts per symbol. It’s a familiar engine, and the gothic dressing around it is doing a lot of work: cold blue twilight through stone tracery windows, a winged crimson heart on the frame, and a Wild Desire multiplier plaque hanging over the portraits like a nameplate.

Rolling Reels
Every ways win sets off Rolling Reels. Winning symbols are removed, the symbols above drop into the gaps, and any new wins roll again. The chain continues until no win is present, so a single spin can pay several times over. Scatters aren’t removed by the rolls.
Wilds substitute for everything except Scatters, Blood Drops and character symbols carrying a Gem. A wild multiplier applies to wins the wild completes, climbing per roll to a maximum of 6x in the base game, and Locking Wilds hold their place for the duration of a roll chain on reels 2 to 5.
Paytable
Character symbols lead the pays, and the drop from the top of the table to the royals is steep. Values are multiples of the initial bet:
- Sarah: 1x / 2x / 4.5x for three, four and five
- Michael: 0.9x / 1.8x / 4x
- Troy: 0.8x / 1.6x / 3.5x
- Amber: 0.7x / 1.4x / 3x
- Book/Chalice item: 0.6x / 1.2x / 2.5x
- Gate: 0.5x / 1x / 2x
- Stairway/Garden: 0.4x / 0.8x / 1.5x
- A: 0.3x / 0.6x / 1.5x
- K and Q: 0.2x / 0.4x / 1.2x
- J and 10: 0.1x / 0.3x / 1x

Character Jackpots
Four jackpot meters sit in the base game, one per character, and they grow as Character Gems land on character symbols and are collected at the end of each spin. The ranges, as multiples of total bet:
- Sarah: 20x to 1500x
- Michael: 10x to 200x
- Troy: 5x to 75x
- Amber: 5x to 50x
Jackpot Wheel
Collecting gems gives a random chance of spinning the Jackpot Wheel, which awards one of the four character jackpots or triggers Wild Desire. If Wild Desire comes off the wheel, the current Wild Desire multiplier applies to everything it pays. The wheel only triggers in the base game.
Bloodline
A Bloodline bar progresses with every spin, reaching Immortality at 5,000 spins and unlocking music tracks and skins at intervals along the way. It’s entertainment only. It has no effect on bets or wins, and the game says so plainly.

Immortal Romance II King Millions Bonus Features
Wild Desire
Landing two Blood Drop symbols on reels 2 and 4 triggers Wild Desire, a single spin in which up to five reels can turn fully wild. The grid expands to four rows and 1,024 ways for the duration. Rolling Reels doesn’t occur inside it.
A single Blood Drop can randomly add 0.5x to the Wild Desire multiplier, which runs between 1x and 3x and applies to all wins in the feature. Once it completes, the multiplier resets to a random value. Wild Desire can also arrive via the Jackpot Wheel.
King Millions Bonus
King Millions tokens land on wilds and regular symbols, and collecting them on any base game spin gives a random chance of spinning the King Millions Bonus Wheel. Only tokens collected on the current spin count towards that chance, and a higher bet means a better one.
The wheel awards one of two progressive jackpots, Grand or Major, or a cash prize between 7x and 100x the bet. It can’t trigger during Free Spins, Wild Desire or the Jackpot Wheel, and wins from it are added to base game wins.
Free Spins
Three or more Scatters anywhere trigger the Free Spins Selection, offering a choice of four character rounds. Each awards 12 free spins at the triggering bet. The four are genuinely different machines, not four skins of the same round.
Amber Free Spins
Wild multipliers and locking wild multipliers climb by 3x per roll, up to a maximum of 18x. It’s the multiplier round, and the ceiling is the highest on the game. Three or more Scatters retrigger an additional 12 spins.
Troy Free Spins
Wilds landing on reel 3 lock there for the duration of the rolls, and the first locking wild spawns two more onto the same reel, building towards a wild reel. Additional locking wilds spawn extras, and wilds stacking on wilds increment a multiplier up to 3x each, in up to three instances. The retrigger here adds three spins.
Michael Free Spins
Two, three or four reels can sync together on every spin, landing identical symbols and rolling identical ones in. It’s the round for stacked symbol clusters, and retriggers add three spins.

Sarah Free Spins
Stacked sticky Mystery symbols can change into coin values or any symbol except Scatters, holding for the duration of the rolls. Coins pay between 1x and 25x the total bet, and a multiplier trail climbs per roll to 6x, applying to coin wins before resetting each spin. Retriggers add three spins.
- Amber retrigger: +12 free spins
- Troy retrigger: +3 free spins
- Michael retrigger: +3 free spins
- Sarah retrigger: +3 free spins
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 6.5/10
This is a long grind with a beautiful view. Most of a session is the manor at twilight: small ways wins rolling through a paytable that tops out at 5.0x, gems feeding four jackpot meters, tokens piling up for a wheel that may never arrive. The reason to choose it over plainer vampire fare is that the four character rounds are real, distinct machines rather than one bonus with four paint jobs, and picking between Amber’s 18x ceiling and Troy’s wild reel is a genuine decision every trigger.
The problem is the arithmetic underneath. That 86.00% base return is thin for a high-volatility game, and the jackpot chance that skim funds scales with bet size, so the edition’s whole purpose favours players already at the top of the 20.00 range.
It suits fans of the original who want the manor and the lovers back and don’t mind paying for the crown above the jackpot bars. Anyone after steady returns or a rich base game will find the romance one-sided here, and the night runs long.
