Benny the Beer Base Game and Features

Benny the Beer is a 5-reel Video Slot with up to 100,000 ways to win. Winning combinations are formed when 3 or more of the same symbols land from left to right, starting from the leftmost reel.

Stackways

During gameplay, special Stackways symbols can land at random on any of the 5 reels. When they do, they will fill the entire reel they are on with a stack of paying symbols. There are 2 types of Stackways symbols available to you, as follows.

• Revealing Stackways – Awards a mystery number of Stackways of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10.

The Stacked symbol is determined by choosing a symbol that will grant the longest winning combination out of the symbols on the reels when the Stackways symbol lands.

Landing 3 FS Scatters on the reels during the base game triggers the Book of Stackways Free Spins round, awarding 10 Free Spins.

At the start of Free Spins, 2 High or Low-paying symbols are chosen at random to become your special symbols. When enough instances of a special symbol land on at least 3 reels, indicators below the reels will light up to reveal a number between 2 and 10. These reels will then trigger the Stackways mechanic, awarding the number of stacked symbols shown on the indicator below.

Super Book of Stackways

Landing 4 FS Scatters during either the base game or Book of Stackways round triggers the Super Book of Stackways round, awarding 10 Free Spins.

At the start of Super Free Spins, 4 High or Low-paying symbols are chosen at random to become your special symbols. When enough special symbol instances land, indicators below the reels will light up to reveal a number from 2-10. This number will correspond to the number of stacks that will be added to the reel above it.

The Stackways mechanic certainly has what it takes to become as popular as the Megaways mechanic if it hasn’t already. The Stackways mechanic seems to be a go-to for Hacksaw Gaming’s new releases, one that we can most definitely get behind.

Mayan Stackways was a great first introduction to the Stackways mechanic, but it really came together in Ronin Stackways thanks to the upgraded Revealing Stackways symbol. Hacksaw Gaming has incorporated this upgrade into Benny the Beer, where it will randomly select a number of Stackways between 2 and 10.

Combining some of the best features and mechanics in Free Spins, Hacksaw Gaming has chosen to deliver the Stackways mechanic in a ‘Book’ style fashion, where between 2 and 4 High or Low-paying symbols are chosen as special expanding symbols, depending on which Free Spins round is awarded.
