The Wild Gang Base Game and Features
The Wild Gang is a 6-reel Video Slot with 2,304 ways to win. Winning combinations are formed when 3 or more of the same symbols land from left to right, starting from the leftmost reel.

In terms of symbols, the highest-paying regular symbol here is the Sheriff Badge, followed by the Guns, Knife, Whiskey, and Boots. Low-paying symbols are standard Ace, King, Queen, and Jack.
Wilds and Scatters
There are 4 Red, Yellow, Blue, and Green Character symbols that act as both Wilds and Scatters on the reels. These symbols only appear on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively.
During the base game, whenever Character symbols appear on reels 2 or 3, they will function as Wilds, substituting for all High and Low-paying symbols. Once this occurs, they will reveal a Multiplier value of x2, x3, or x4 at random that is applied to all wins from that spin.
Mystery Symbols
Mystery symbols in the form of all 4 Characters can land randomly across the reels at random. When this happens, they will reveal the same High or Low-paying symbol from the paytable (except Wilds/Scatters), with the possibility of creating or enhancing a winning combination.
The Wild Gang Free Spins
Landing 3 Wilds/Scatters in the base game triggers the Wanted Free Spins round, awarding 8 Free Spins. Alternatively, landing 4 Wilds/Scatters in the same manner will trigger the Dead or Alive Free Spins round, awarding 8 Free Spins.
Wanted Free Spins
During Wanted Free Spins, Wild/Scatter symbols are always Wild and are unable to become Scatters in any situation. When Wilds appear for the first and second time, they will generate a x2 and x3 Multiplier. After this, they will not generate any value of Multiplier going forward.
Once all 4 Wilds have appeared at least once, an additional +2 Free Spins are awarded. An additional +2 Free Spins will be awarded once all 4 Wild symbols have appeared at least twice. After this, no additional retriggers can occur.
Dead or Alive Free Spins
During Dead or Alive Free Spins, the reel set transforms into a 6×4 grid with an increasing number of ways, up to 4,096. The first time each of the Wild symbols appear, they will carry a Multiplier value of x2. The second time they appear, they will carry a Multiplier value of x4, and from then on, no Multiplier.
Each Multiplier value will be added to a special Meter that carries over for the duration of Free Spins. The Global Win Multiplier begins at x1 and is multiplied by any Multiplier that lands, applying to the total win of all spins.
Once all 4 Wilds have appeared at least once, an additional +2 Free Spins are awarded. An additional +2 Free Spins will be awarded once all 4 Wild symbols have appeared at least twice. After this, no additional retriggers can occur.

The Wild Gang: Our Verdict
The Wild Gang is another of Pragmatic Play’s titles that takes us back to the Wild West, a time when cowboy boots were all the rage and you could get away with drinking more than your fair share of Whiskey.
It seems that the Wild West brings out the best in Pragmatic Play, with much-loved games like Wild West Duelz and Wild West Gold Megaways standing as firm favourites, but where does The Wild Gang fit into the equation?
Mystery symbols, Multipliers, and a duo of Wilds and Scatters are all part of the package here, accompanied by 2,304 ways to win, all displayed on a 3-4-4-4-4-3 reel formation. Doubling up Wilds as Scatters is mostly seen in ‘Book’ style slots, yet there’s no sign of Expanding symbols here.
Instead, we’re met with 4 Character symbols that fall on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5. When landing 3 or 4 of these beauties, you will trigger 1 of 2 Free Spins rounds. Besides their titles, there isn’t much difference between the two Free Spins rounds, aside from the increase in Multiplier values.
