Fruit Fusion: Three Pots Slot Review
The three gold chests perched above the reels in Fruit Fusion: Three Pots aren’t decoration; they’re the whole game. The base game underneath them is a thin fruit machine on a 5×3 grid, set against dark crimson drapery with a reel frame that flares orange like it’s catching fire, and almost none of it pays enough to matter. The design effort went into the bonus round those chests advertise, where three separate boosters can all fire at once.
That’s a deliberate build, and it works because the triggering symbol’s colour decides what kind of round you get. Evoplay has built something with more variety in its bonus than its base game, which is more than you can say for Caramelo Dog: Lucky Run or Wealth Bells 40.
Base Game & Features
The base game runs on a 5×3 grid with a conventional paytable. The wild appears only on reels two to five, and it substitutes for all regular symbols in winning combinations except the Bonus symbols.
That leaves the wild as line-building help and nothing more; it never carries a value of its own. Everything else in the base game is the paytable, and the paytable is honest about its hierarchy.
The seven dominates the ladder, the fruit fills the bottom, and the gaps between tiers are wide:
- 7 – x0.5 for two, x3 for three, x20 for four, x100 for five
- Bell – x2 for three, x15 for four, x30 for five
- BAR – x2 for three, x10 for four, x20 for five
- Watermelon – x1 for three, x7 for four, x15 for five
- Grapes – x1 for three, x5 for four, x10 for five
- Plum / Orange – x0.5 for three, x1.5 for four, x5 for five
- Lemon / Strawberry / Cherry – x0.5 for three, x1 for four, x3 for five
The seven is the only symbol that pays for a two-of-a-kind, which tells you where the money isn’t: in the regular symbol hits. Those multiples are all multiples of the line stake, and only the highest combination per line counts.
The middle of the ladder shares its tiers around. Plum and Orange sit on exactly the same values at every count, and Lemon, Strawberry and Cherry share a tier below them, so three different fruits pay as one symbol. From Grapes upward, every tier belongs to a single symbol.
Everything outside the paytable lives in the bonus symbols, and the game marks them clearly: the coloured three that trigger the round, and the gold ones that carry the money. A vertical ladder of gold-bordered plaques runs down the left edge of the screen, colour-coded from deep gold at the top through purple to green at the bottom, mirroring the three booster colours.
Fruit Fusion: Three Pots Bonus Game & Boosters
The Bonus Game
Four types of Bonus symbol exist: Red, Purple, Green and Gold. The coloured three trigger the Bonus Game when they land on the reels in the main game, and the colour that lands decides which booster comes along. One, two, or all three boosters can trigger together.
Gold symbols carry the money. Each one shows a random value from a fixed set:
- Coin values of 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, 12x or 15x
- MINI, MINOR or MAJOR jackpots
Only Gold Bonus symbols appear during the Bonus Game itself, and winnings for Bonus symbols are only ever awarded inside the round. The bonus plays out on two stacked 5×3 bonus fields, with crown-covered cells and the gold values locked in as they land.
Each field fills independently as the spins play out, and the round ends when the spin count runs dry. Every gold value that landed counts towards the total, whatever tier it came from, and the jackpot symbols pay their fixed prize the same way the coin values do.
The Three Boosters
Each coloured symbol maps to one booster, and the engraved nameplates on the three chests name them outright: FORTUNE, DOUBLE GAME and EXTRA SPINS.
- Fortune Booster (Purple) – in each round of the Bonus Game, one to four random Bonus symbols can have their values increased by 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x or 10x the total bet. Jackpot symbols are excluded.
- Double Game Booster (Red) – adds a second bonus field at the start of the feature. Bonus symbols from the bottom field are duplicated to the matching positions on the top field, and both fields spin independently.
- Extra Spin Booster (Green) – the Bonus Game runs to four spins instead of the standard count.
The Double Game Booster is the sharpest of the three. Duplicating every symbol from the bottom field to the top one effectively doubles everything the round collects, with the second field then spinning on as an independent game.
The boosters stack, too. At the end of a Double Game round, prizes from both fields are summed into the total win, and landing Purple alongside Red means the Fortune Booster’s increases can land on the duplicated symbols as well.
Green is the quiet one of the three. Four spins instead of the usual count doesn’t change what the round pays, only how many chances each field gets to fill, and on a Double Game round that means four spins on two fields.
Bonus Buy
A Bonus Buy button sits beneath the jackpot ladder on the left edge of the base game screen, so the round can be bought outright rather than waited for. The button opens the purchase menu, with the price shown at your current stake before you confirm.
Buying skips the base game entirely and drops you straight into the Bonus Game. As ever with a buy, you’re paying for speed, not for better odds inside the round itself.
Our Honest Verdict
Overall Rating: 7.1/10
Playing this is mostly a wait: thin fruit pays, a fire-lit frame, and three gold chests above the reels telling you what you’re actually spinning for. But the colour of the triggering symbol decides whether your round doubles, grows or runs longer, and no two trips into the bonus feel quite the same.
The Double Game Booster is what sets this game apart, by a distance; a duplicated field means one good round pays like two, and stacked with the Fortune Booster it can snowball. The weakness is the silence: no printed jackpot values, so you’re collecting prizes you can’t size up against anything.
It’s a strong pick for anyone who loves a collect round that builds differently each time, and a frustrating one for anyone who wants the numbers before the spins. The chests won’t tell you how full they are, but opening them is the best part of the game.
