Evoplay

About Evoplay

Evoplay is a scaling slot studio that announced itself at ICE 2018 with Necromancer, a fully 3D VR slot that looked closer to a PC game than anything else in a casino lobby.

Founded in 2017 with its development centre in Ukraine, the studio arrived with a statement of intention: the slot format had barely scratched the surface of what was technically possible.

All of it runs on Spinential, Evoplay’s proprietary engine, built in-house rather than licensed, allowing heavier 3D rendering without the usual performance trade-offs.

The studio also holds MGA and Curacao licences, plus certification from BMM Testlabs, eCOGRA, and Quinel.

CEO Ivan Kravchuk was named Leader of the Year at the SBC Awards, and Evoplay itself picked up Industry Innovation of the Year in both 2023 and 2025.

Evoplay Slot Catalogue

Evoplay’s commitment to innovation is seen throughout their releases; Dungeon: Immortal Evil turned an RPG format into a certified RNG game with a 5,000x ceiling, and Star Guardians launched as the industry’s first third-person shooter gambling game, pulling in over 80,000 players to its debut tournament.

Some of their releases also play it on the safer side. Temple of Dead remains one of the most played book-format slots in Eastern Europe, Fruit Supernova offers a steady 5,000x ceiling on a 96.03% RTP, and titles like Racoon Tales and Penalty Shootout show the studio’s range beyond pure spectacle.

The numbers back up the ambition: user base up 42% in 2024, revenue up 45% in 2023, and games now live across 5,000+ online casinos in 41+ countries, supporting over 100 currencies including major cryptocurrencies.

RTPs across the catalogue typically sit between 94% and 96.5%, with the highest performers including E.T. Lost Socks at 96.5% and Elven Princesses at 96.4%. Volatility ranges from low through to high depending on the title.

“Love Evoplay. Star Guardians is mental and Dungeon Immortal Evil has no business being as fun as it is for a slot. But the Hot Triple Sevens games and Fruit Supernova are also just really good slots when you want something more chill.” Jamie R, Fruity Slots Co-Founder & Streamer

“I’ll be honest, most 3D slots make me wince when the bonus hits and everything starts stuttering. Evoplay built their own engine, Spinential, so Necromancer and their heavier 3D titles render without that lag.” Aisley L, Fruity Slots Streamer

FAQs about Evoplay

• What is Spinential and why does it matter?

Spinential is Evoplay’s custom-built proprietary game engine, developed in-house rather than licensed from a third party. It loads games significantly faster than standard web technology while supporting the complex 3D rendering that the studio’s more ambitious releases require. Because Evoplay controls the engine itself, there are no external constraints on how far they can push the visual or mechanical complexity of each title. It is the technical reason the studio can build things like Dungeon Immortal Evil and Star Guardians that no other slot developer has been able to replicate.
• What is Dungeon Immortal Evil and how does it actually work as a slot?

Dungeon Immortal Evil is a certified RNG slot built around a fully 3D action RPG framework. A 3D camera follows a hero through monster battles and boss encounters, with every spin generating new enemies to fight. Despite the video game presentation, all outcomes are determined by a standard random number generator. The boss fight at the end of the sequence carries a 5,000x maximum win potential.
• Does Evoplay make conventional slots alongside the experimental titles?

Yes, and they are genuinely good at them. Temple of Dead is one of the most played book-format slots across Eastern European markets. Hot Triple Sevens and Fruit Supernova deliver sharp, clean gameplay for players who want something familiar. The Greatest Catch Bonus Buy is a well-loved fishing slot. Racoon Tales uses cascading wins on an expanded grid. The experimental titles get the attention but the broader catalogue has real commercial depth across standard formats.
• Where are Evoplay games available?

Evoplay titles are available at over 5,000 online casinos across more than 41 countries, supported in over 100 casino payment methods including major cryptocurrencies. The studio holds MGA and Curacao gaming licences alongside ISO certification and independent testing accreditation from BMM Testlabs, eCOGRA, and Quinel. Games are available in over 20 languages and new language and currency additions can be requested directly by operator partners.
