About Eyecon

Red Heart Icon

Established in 1997, Eyecon started out as a computer games company before turning their talents towards online casino games.

In 2003, Temple of Iris was released as Eyecon’s debut to instant acclaim, and still widely regarded as one of their best games to date.

Fast forward to now and Eyecon is one of the biggest slot developers in the UK, focusing on feel-good vibes and bright, colourful visuals.

They focus almost exclusively on bingo games and video slots, often blending the two together in games like Bouncing Balls.

Eyecon Slots Catalogue

One of their biggest franchises is Fluffy Favourites, released in 2006. The franchise as a whole has been remarked to appeal specifically to women, with the colourful visuals and the toy-animals-on-a-fairground aesthetic.

It’s been so successful that it has spawned sequels such as Fluffy Too and Fluffy Favourites Fairground, as well as several more spin-offs.

As you might have already guessed, Eyecon’s art direction leans towards bright, cartoon-style slots with cheerful, casual-friendly themes: fairground toys, farmyard and animal puns (Piggy Payout, Kitty Payout, Puggy Payout), and seasonal specials such as Very Merry Christmas and Autumn Gold.

Alongside those sit Egyptian-flavoured games (Temple Of Iris, Temple Of Ausar), Irish luck and magic themes (Irish Luck, Enchanted Prince), and a few more action-led titles like Champions Of Valhalla.

Mechanically-speaking, Eyecon slots play it fairly safe, usually with fixed paylines, wilds, free spins, and the occasional jackpot addition.

Eyecon Maths and Distribution

Blue, White, Yellow and Red Calculator Icon

The maths spans a broad RTP range of 90.00% to 97.07% on the higher end, and the volatility values we have seen for the studio are Low and High, so the catalogue is not a one-note proposition on that front.

In 2017, Eyecon was acquired by Playtech, making use of their broad distribution network across online operators.

This was also the year that they launched their HTML5 framework, allowing their classic games to seamlessly jump to the virtual realm, playable across mobile devices and tablets.

Despite focusing on simple slots experiences, Eyecon is still a popular provider all around the world, but especially the UK, and offer reliable, accessible gameplay and cheerful graphics to brighten up anyone’s day.

“Eyecon is one of my favourite studios to load up when I want a break from the feature-packed, stressful slots of today. They feel so zen and simple to grasp, and, true to their name, iconic is the best possible way.” Maya, Content Editor

“Fluffy Favourites, Piggy Payout, Temple of Iris, White Wizard, these are just some of the most recognisable Eyecon slots, packed with cheerful energy and low variance.” Jamie R., Fruity Slots Founder & Streamer
