Stakelogic

Stakelogic – Novomatic Origins to Independent Innovation

Founded in 2014 as part of the Novomatic group, Stakelogic began its journey as a Netherlands-based studio specialising in classic-style slots that drew inspiration from traditional fruit machines.

The company initially focused on serving European markets with straightforward, familiar gameplay that resonated particularly well with Dutch and German players who appreciated the nostalgic approach to slot design.

After achieving independence from its parent group, Stakelogic established itself as a recognisable name across regulated European markets through steady expansion and product diversification.

The game studio reached a significant milestone in 2024 when it was acquired by Sega Sammy, providing enhanced financial backing and positioning the company for a new phase of international expansion and development.

As of 2026, Stakelogic has grown to 550+ employees around the world, with over 250 slots in its catalogue alone and numerous awards iGaming awards.
